The hotel met all my needs. While there were some shortcomings in the room, all the staff were very polite and communicative strong. Thank you Ms. Özlem, the building attendant.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

Wonderful house, beautiful experience. The apartment is on a street full of shops and restaurants, but when you close the windows, the house is very quiet. Responsive and helpful host, self check-in done late at night, very easy. 😊

Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret booking here.First of all, the house is newly renovated, better than the photos, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the bath water pressure temperature is perfect.The hostess keeps the house heater at 25 degrees, so it's warm and cozy to come back at night.The host couple are warm and welcoming, and will warmly invite you to have tea and coffee whenever you meet them, where we feel as warm as home.The location is also extremely convenient, with access to the city centre, everything was so perfect.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply. The location is great, close to the main attractions and easy to get around either by walking or taking a bus. The house itself is a beautifully renovated old building, full of charm and lovely little details that make it feel really special. Check-in was self-service and super easy. Everything was perfect, and I’m completely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

We fit 9 people comfortably. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Mustafa is also very caring and understanding. The location of the house is already very close to all the stops, you can easily walk around. Thank you so much for everything.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.
