Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Balcó al Mar

The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

Our stay was just perfect. The explanations provided before and during our arrival were clear and precise, which allowed us to settle in with complete peace of mind. The accommodation matched the description in every way, without the slightest unpleasant surprise. Its location is ideal: access to the beach and the city on foot, with beautiful walks to discover nearby. It offers stunning and magnificent views of Benidorm, a real spectacle to contemplate every day. The accommodation is clean, functional and perfectly suited to a family. I would recommend this place without a second thought! You won't be disappointed. The residence is quiet and very secure, which is a real asset when traveling with children. Claudio was very attentive throughout the stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, and I am infinitely grateful to him. 🙏Traveling in winter allowed us to enjoy the calm of the place.

Manuel was attentive and always in contact from the moment of the reservation. He replied quickly and made sure we found a convenient time to meet for the check in. He sent lots of suggestions for places to eat, shopping groceries and even transport plans to find our way around. On the last day he was also there to hand the keys back and say good bye. It's a large estate comprised of 2-3 apartments plus Manuel's own home (nice to know we could reach him if we needed to). Still lots of privacy, all units separated by large landscaped terraces with palm trees and cacti, each apartment with own balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful corner, our apartment was at the top of the stairs and I could even hear the waves from bed at night. A proper beach house, you can walk barefoot from the room down to the beach. But also a few minutes stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the area, with a nearby bus and tram stops to connect with the city and beyond.

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

Very nice accommodation with walking distance to the sea in a few minutes. Fresh apartment with a fantastic terrace, nearby there were some restaurants and in about 15 minutes you get into the center. We are very happy with this accommodation, everything was 5/5 ☀️☀️

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

What can I say, Chris was the perfect host! There was never an issue in responding to our questions or giving us fab advice on brilliant local restaurants. His communication from start to finish was exceptional, the best service we have experienced using Air BnB, 5 stars! The villa was marvellous, magnificent views and absolutely spotless! We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

absolute quiet, good views. small but cozy house you feel like at home.

It is a nice little place on the outskirts of Dénia. You can reach the nearest Lidl and consum in 5 minutes by car, but also a little later at the harbor. Walking is a bit far and steep. But for that you have your peace at the house, no traffic and also a very quiet neighborhood. The property is large so the little ones can let off steam. The pool and hot tub are also impeccable. The distribution is unbeatable. There is a main apartment with 2 bedrooms and a secondary apartment that also has a separate bathroom. Simply brilliant. It was great for us! Everything you need is available in the kitchen. If necessary, even boxes to store the rest of the food. We didn't need it, but it was there and that was great. Lots of pots and pans. One thing wasn't quite as good, but not bad. Only one knife was sharp. A little clumsy to cut tomatoes, but I used the steak knives for that. :) We were very pleased!

Remedios was very friendly and accommodating. I just loved the house, it's quirky and spacious and has marvellous views. The bedroom we stayed in is nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of spices, oil etc. The village is beautiful and peaceful and there's a number of walks you can do from your doorstep. I'd recommend getting your groceries before arriving. You can park right in front of the house, but the streets are very narrow. So if you're not that confident, you can leave the car along the main road. I would highly recommend staying a few days at Remedios'. It was a great experience for us.

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've been to so far. The location is a bit outside the city center (lines 5, 4 and L21 stop near the accommodation) but directly on the long San Juan beach. You can also lie down there and rent umbrellas. Alternatively, there is a parasol for the beach in the accommodation. I found the San Juan beach more beautiful and not quite as crowded as the beach in the city center. Approximately 30 minutes by train/bus to Pouerta del mar in the city center. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, e.g. also with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Tetyana was super friendly and quick to reach if you had any questions. She even got me insect spray and brought it over because the supermarket was closed on Sundays. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation and the beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. If you want to relax a lot on the beach, this is the perfect accommodation. Thanks for the stay 🙂

Amazing stay in Javea. The apartment is central in the town. Lovely top floor apartment with a large double bedroom, bunkbeds (with a walk-in wardrobe) and large balcony.

We are very happy that we chose accommodation from Sonia. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet location, overlooking the countryside and mountains, with parking directly at the house. Possibility of using common pools with slides and a bar. The beach, restaurant and shop are within walking distance. I assumed that the apartment would be equipped as described, but the reality literally exceeded my expectations. The apartment was perfect, it had absolutely everything. Basically, everything you have at home and maybe even things you don't have at home :) The apartment has its charm, its soul and thanks to many decorations it is also very cozy. You really feel that someone has just entrusted you with their home so that you can spend your holiday there. In addition, the owner is always on the phone ready to advise and help you at any time, hats off :) Thank you again and we recommend it to others!
