Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

This Location was absolutely perfect . Extremely close to all the top restaurants and things to do . The home was super clean and felt like a relaxation oasis . I will definitely be a repeat visitor I found my new favorite Miami Vacation Stay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PERFECT place to stay. Not even a 300 yard walk to the beach. Great views and a great place to stay. Hosts are great and timely with responses. Staying there again. For smaller groups or couples I don’t recommend elsewhere in Miami Beach.

Really loved this staying at Yana’s place . I will definitely recommend it to others and will always check its availability for anytime I’m planning a trip to south Florida. Located close to everything’s I especially loved how peaceful it was and all the easy walking to fun breakfast spots, the beach, and Publix. Yana was always very responsive when I reached out for questions. It was a tad difficult getting in at first but I think had I received the instructions prior to my arrival things would’ve made more sense. I received the message after I received the keys. Looking forward to coming back!

From start to finish, every question I had was answered promptly. Checking in was easy and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. Once we arrived at the unit, we were amazed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. Whether you’re soaking in the views, enjoying the nearby restaurants and beaches, or simply unwinding in the comfort of the unit, La Reserve offers a five-star experience every step of the way.

Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Loved staying here for a bachelorette party! The house was beautiful. We loved cooking breakfast there in the mornings, lounging by pool, and the large game room. The host has stocked the house with lots of small items that come in handy while traveling, like sunscreen, bug spray and kitchen goods. You are a little ways out from South Beach, so make sure to yourself plenty of transit time when planning excursions to that area (we encountered lots of traffic to & from), but that said you can't bet the space that you get here. The host is kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

It's my first time in Miami, and this place made it so special and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations... We're very grateful to Lorena and the entire staff. I give them 10 stars.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Hosts were incredibly helpful with how to get in (so easy I could have done it in my sleep) & how to find laundry, where was best place to park, etc. When we arrived there were fresh beach towels, a great amount of blankets for all of my friends, all the necessary items we needed to be able to eat/drink from the kitchen. It was such a fun time & everyone thought it just a beautiful place! Private backyard is a plus & we were able to have fun back there with no disturbances. Pool was warm and clean/not super chlorine-y (lol), great amount of places for everyone and more to sit and relax. Everyone felt like they had a lot of privacy. Nice spacious showers and sinks + the pull out beds worked perfectly for extra guests. We had more room than needed. Would definitely recommend- we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere but the Airbnb but of course we enjoyed our adventures all over Miami. Thank you, Claudia!

The place is nice, the beach is super close. The apartment one feels like home. Everything is accessible. You can go in the Trolley everywhere, we loved it. Rebeca was always attentive to provide us with information.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

This place is quiet and in such a convenient location. Everything is walkable! Also, it’s just as cute as the pictures. 10/10!

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beach and the children loved the kids pool area.

This is an awesome location accessible to the design shopping district. The parking is free! Most importantly the condo feels like HOME. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay- clean and lovely views. Only complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
