The position of the property is very favourable, as it is very close to the local beach Porto Sole, only 100mts, and very close to amenities only 50mt to the nearest shops and bar. The main location in Baia Sardinia is only 300mts walk, the famous Porto Cervo is 4kms distance and nearest Airport Olbia is 30kms away.

Arredato di tutto: stoviglie, forno elettrico e microonde, in caso di necessità per cambio di biancheria (asciugamani) il prezzo sarà di 25€.
