We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

I recommend staying here, excellent location, steps from the esplanade, very clean, everything was excellent, only the jacuzzi did not work but a technician came to check it.

The place was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Its an amazing place for the price with stairs right to the pool, bar, and beach!

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay at very private and peaceful

Everything was very good with the accommodation, spacious and comfortable, the only thing is that I would have liked it to have coffee, since in all the other places we stayed we were offered that service, but only as a recommendation 😊 in everything else we had no problem

Very clean and great location

Words can’t really describe how great our stay was! We stayed with our toddler (19 months) and the condo was perfection. It had everything we needed and more. Susie was the absolute best host. SO responsive and made incredible recommendations. The resort next door was also great to have access to. We ate there often for breakfast, lunch & dinner. And we visited the pools. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be going back to stay in this beautiful condo!!

WoW. ! I was thoroughly impressed with this place, which far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional with every area, including the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen was spotless clean. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning patio view, which offered a picturesque view of the sea, specially in the early morning hours. I will definitely be back......

Beyond a 5 star experience. Pictures are exactly what you find inside, with many extras to make all your coffee dreams come true 😉 Very clean. Through instructions to utilize all the amenities. Peaceful sleep with the ocean breeze coming right through your balcony doors! Better then expected on all levels!

Daniel was a wonderful host, and his place was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone passing through Santa Rosalía to stay here. The home is right on the water, offering breathtaking views from the balcony—especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s also just a short walk to the charming town center, making it a perfect location for exploring. One of my favorite moments was walking along the water at sunset—it was peaceful and beautiful. Daniel made me feel completely safe and genuinely welcome throughout my stay. His hospitality added so much to the experience, and I’m truly grateful for it.

Amazing place, WIFI a little slow but everything was perfect.

This is our second time staying at Xochitl’s fabulous condominium; it’s clean, convenient, spacious, and the view is gorgeous! The nearby restaurants are excellent! We went to Cardon twice during our stay; it was fun driving there and back in her golf cart. Thank you for the excellent stay!!😊

Barbara's apartment is as described and clean. The air conditioners are strong, which is appreciated. It's very close to Fresko's and if you really wanted to, you could walk to Soriano's, but it's probably better to drive. A car would be recommended unless you didn't plan to leave the area. As others have mentioned, there is construction nearby so it can be loud but there was only 1 day when they were hauling materials in that I noticed the noise. Otherwise, I didn't notice much/any noise. One of the new buildings being built now blocks the view of the Arch from the balcony and rooftop - not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning since additional levels were added to that new building vs the pictures posted on this Airbnb listing.

Great stay, best place we have been in penasco! The building was beautiful and apartment was better than others we have stayed in. Will be back

Very comfortable beds, the apartment is a good size, everything is very clean, it practically looked new. Near Cabos, 10 min drive to Medano beach and downtown. The view is incredible💗🙌✨. Adriana is always very attentive, giving recommendations and helping to make your stay comfortable. 10/10

Ellen’s condo was a great choice!! Very clean and comfortable. Nice views of the resort , pools and the beach 🏝️ Check in and check out was clear and helpful with very detailed instructions and information of the area. It was perfect 👍 for our long weekend !!! The place is amazing, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, it is a very quiet place and the area is very nice. Tathiana is an excellent host. We will definitely be back
