The apartment is nice, functional, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There's a garage that fits a small car, and the area feels safe.

This place is simply paradise. You truly won’t want to leave. So the only solution is to come back! :)

Excellent apartment, I liked it better than in the photos. The host was always attentive and responded immediately. I would definitely return. The detail of the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs is great!! more if your intention is to know beaches.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!

This studio apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable and the best part was the one minute walk to a beautiful beach. For the first few days, I stayed on the premises and enjoyed the beach, but when I wanted to check out the town, it was a quick and easy cab ride to the local restaurants, bars and shops. I loved staying here and only hope I will be able to do it again one day. Thank you Dinora!

We really enjoyed our stay. Ariel the managing person was amazing! The beach is quiet and secluded, never overcrowded. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. The apartments have two nice pools, patio, a grill and a hot tub and was a very nice stroll around the place with flowers and plants. The only thing lacking was we wished we had two comfortable chairs to sit on the balcony one was broke and the other not comfortable to sit in, which is my favorite part in the mornings. The fridge was not cooling or freezing properly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Charles’ place! It was clean, spacious, and just as described. We felt totally at ease—there were clear guidelines, but no pressure or constant reminders about rules. The hosts were kind and responsive. We'd definitely stay again!

This condo was beautiful, clean and had the best view! The owner answered very quickly and was very friendly. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful as well! It has everything you need, you don’t have to leave at all if you don’t want to! We will definitely be back!

My stay was very pleasant as the place had all the necessary amenities, such as washing machine and dryer, which was very practical. The apartment had two rooms: one spacious and comfortable, and another more compact, ideal for sleeping. The view from the place was great, really a highlight. Also, despite being a busy date, the elevators never became saturated, which made the experience even more pleasurable.

Dave’s apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. It has excellent decor taste — it’s truly stunning.

This condo is beautifully decorated, in pristine condition, and has an amazing view of the sea of Cortez! Jared is a very pleasant host to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is great and tge property has delicious and fun restaurants. The pools, waterslides, hottubs offer a variety of ways to enjoy the water but if you get bored there climb on down to the samdy beach for a massage or jumping the ocean. Staff on site are friendly and eager to help. This is our new favorite place to stay in Rocky Point! Thank you Jared for making a memorable long weekend for my family!
