It consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with access to the garden. It also has two parking spaces on the property and direct access to the sea from it.

Our sweet flat by the beach

Lovely duplex at the entrance of Cabedelo beach, famous for surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing. To visit the festivals of Viana you don't need a car: just take the boat that is right in front of the house and minutes later you will be in the center of the city.

The house is situated next to the dunes and beach access walkway ( 3 minutes). It has excellent sun exposure in a quiet area and is very functional. It has a baby bed (age»6 months).
