This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! A very cute and clean space! Felt like a safe neighbourhood, would definetly return.

Overall, my family enjoyed the amount of space here. Our favorite part was the large couch, which was helpful for seating a handful of kids and babies. The hosts were also very responsive, and helpful.

Louise’s place was perfect for an active family of 3 - right by the W&OD trail, close to plenty of parks and other family-friendly activities, and easy access to the highway and metro. Everything was as described, clean, and ideal for a relaxed family vacation. We definitely plan on returning for future trips!

I don't know where to start, but this amazing airbnb, location was beyond our expectations. Located conveniently for a nice 10 minute walk into a great part of the city with a main road hub for some food, Coffee, shopping, movie or a drink. Yet, secluded enough to have serenity and peace. The real luxury are the hosts. Daisy and Steven made us feel like family and are a treat to interact with. Wonderful humans who have nothing but your best interest in mind. They're the kind of hosts you would purposely stay with even if it were beyond out of the way, just for their company. All in all, the matter at hand isn't if we'd stay there again, but more so, a matter of when!

If you and your family are looking for a place that cozy and comfortable, then we highly recommend Martin and Jasmine's Cape Cod Home in Annandale, Virginia. We had a family of 10 that stayed for 7 nights and every one of us slept comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished with all the bells and whistles a family would desire from cooking spices and coffee. The cabinets where all labeled to as to where plates, coffee cups, kid’s plates were stored. Our grandkids enjoyed playing basketball which was also provided. Just about anything you needed was provided. When we return to the DC area, we will book our temporary home away from home with Martin and Jasmine.

Our family of four and dog stayed at David’s house. The house was as he described in the listing. It was just what we needed for a short weekend in the area. David communicated very well prior to and during the stay.

My group LOVED our stay at Nhi and Hung's home. The house was exactly as pictured and described. We arrived early, and they were able to allow for early check-in, at no additional cost. Much appreciated. Communication was almost instantaneous and always very helpful. The price was great and if you are going to be doing things in DC... you are minutes away by Metro or UBER, even in rush hour should you choose not to drive yourself. Solid 5-star ratings across the board, because that is a high as I can go. Thank you Nhi & Hung for making our trip even better than we could have hoped.

Erin offered very clear instructions that offered easy access. The Airbnb was spacious, very clean and had a super comfortable bed and pillows. It felt like you are in a lovely treehouse when sitting on the deck. It was lovely. The area is active and fun with great restaurants.

We loved staying here! Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to and from the zoo so easily which was perfect for us. The driving distance to go sightsee in D.C. was not bad either and the street parking was very convenient. Chris was always reachable in case we had any questions. Definitely would rebook here again!

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

The small apartment was perfect for my needs. Very quiet and peaceful. Great neighborhood with well kept homes. Paul was an excellent host that made accommodations for my earlier arrival. He was also very responsive and recommended walkable food/drink spots. The unit was impeccably clean. Would absolutely stay here again in my next trip to DC.

We spent a very pleasant few days visiting Washington D.C. and the local area. Metro access was easy, we parked at West Falls Church. Accommodation had everything we needed, definitely worth the stay.

Staying at Jan’s home in Washington, D.C. was an absolute dream! “Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe how thoughtful, kind, and helpful Jan is. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth, gave us a thorough tour of her beautiful home, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. As first-timers to D.C., we were blown away by her generosity—she even walked us to the bus station, gave us Metro cards, and patiently explained how the Metro system works. Truly next-level hospitality! Her home is perfectly located in the heart of magical Georgetown. It’s lively, historic, and full of charm, with fantastic restaurants, and so much to explore. Yet Jan’s home somehow feels tucked away—peaceful, quiet, and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the space made it feel like home. It was spotless, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. We absolutely fell in love with Georgetown and D.C., and we never wanted to leave. Thank you, Jan!

This is a great choice for the Georgetown area. The facilities were as advertised. Past reviews were accurate. Conveniently located with close proximity to local restaurants, public transportation, and Georgetown University. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was so well stocked with everything you might need- more like staying with a thoughtful friend than at an Airbnb. The area was convenient to the metro yet really quiet for sleeping (even with kiddos who go to bed around eight). The pocket park just a block away was a perfect space for our kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occoquan and the Daisy. The location is great and within walking distance to eateries and shops. We enjoyed Grind and Crepe for most of our breakfasts as they open early. Nice shops. It was nice that parking was available. It was quiet outside. The only thing I would mention is that we did hear footsteps at night from whomever was upstairs. I would stay at the Daisy. again. We loved our stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
