Holiday rentals with a patio in Baia Verde

Magnifique logement ! Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous avons déjà fait beaucoup de gîtes. Celui-ci est un des plus beaux! On dirait un hôtel ! Propre, très spacieux, lumineux, moderne, bien équipé. C’est une résidence privée de plusieurs appartements avec barrières de sécurité, piscine, terrasses, jardins très fleuris. Daniele est très gentil, nous avons même eu des spécialités locales en cadeau. Nous avons pu visiter le Salento (Maglie, Otrante, Gallipoli, Leuca…) mais il faut faire quelques kilomètres. Il y a des supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous étions seuls dans la résidence durant 4 nuits : tranquillité, calme et piscine rien que pour nous, un vrai bonheur ;-)

Soggiorno veramente piacevole nel monolocale di Sonia. Posto tranquillo, fuori dal caos del centro. Parcheggio gratuito fuori dalla struttura. Tutto nuovo, molto curato e pulito. Sonia ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste ( biancheria da letto/ bagno e asciugamani per la spiaggia tutto nuovo!). Un piccolo inconveniente è stato risolto subito. Massima disponibilità di Sonia che risponde immediatamente sia alle chiamate che messaggi. Ottima base per girare il Salento e scoprire le migliori spiagge. Grazie Sonia

Logement très propre, très calme, mais il faut noter que nous n'avions pas de voisins au dessus. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin est très agréable.

We had an amazing time at Ugo’s place. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. Location is great, close to the beach. The owner is very friendly, easy to communicate with and waited for us at the gate for check-in. I would highly recommend!

Toller Host, tolle Lage (EG) direkt am Felsstrand, schöner kleiner Sandstrand 300 m entfernt mit Bewirtschaftung (Lido Pazze), toller großer, langer und flacher Sandstrand ca. 3 km entfernt-beginnend direkt hinter dem Hafen von Torre San Giovanni bis Posto Veccio-, ideal für Familien mit Toiletten und Bewirtschaftung. Kristallklares, türkisfarbenes Wasser. Praktisch ist die Pizzeria direkt nebenan. 400 m entfernt ist ein neues, sehr gutes Restaurant „Clanto“ (5 Google-Sterne) für neapolitanische Pizza und apulische Küche Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Essig, Öl, Gewürz, Zucker, Kaffee…Tools usw. Boot kann man in Gallipoli oder Santa Maria di Leuca mieten ca. 25-35 Minuten entfernt (die Vermieter in Torre S.Giovanni waren nicht erreichbar). Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen Ri Taranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce. Leider waren wir viel zu kurz vor Ort, aber die Wohnung war nur 3 Nächte frei… 😢 Die adriatische Seite gefällt uns bisher nicht so gut wie die ionisch

Alles hat super geklappt und hat uns gefallen. Aufgrund der sehr schnellen und freundliche Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt waren wir gut vorbereitet. Vor der Ankunft übernahm dann ein Kollege den Kontakt und wir wurden vor Ort empfangen. Alles hat super geklappt, wir bekamen die Wohnung gezeigt und erhielten weitere Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen, die sich während der Zeit noch ergaben, erhielten wir sehr schnell eine Antwort und Guiseppe war ein hervorragender und super freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Das Parken Parken vor Ort ist nicht ganz einfach, aber es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt, den wir nutzten. Alternativ kann man auch über Fiorenza einen Tiefgaragenplatz buchen. Das Apartment selbst ist nicht riesig, aber sehr neu und gepflegt mit großem Bad und kleinem Balkon von dem aus man etwas das Meer sehen kann. Ideal gelegen an der Promenade hat man alles – Shops, Lokale, Strände – vor der Tür.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement. La terrasse est incroyable ainsi que la vue mer !!!! Bien situé, supermarché à 8min en voiture, le petit centre ville est accessible à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, néanmoins il est très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu très distinctement les voisins d’à côté et au dessus. Il y a également une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert à 400m, cela a été très bruyant mais sur 1 nuit seulement, mais il s’agissait de la fête nationale !! Les bouchons d’oreille ont réglé le problème !

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

La maison est très jolie avec ses terrasses face a la mer ainsi que sa grande véranda. 2 chambres avec leurs salles de bain et wc. Balade en bord de mer possible depuis la maison grâce à un escalier tout proche .La voiture est garée dans la cour fermée. Castro est magnifique. Ses bars et restaurants sont comme on les aiment en Italie. Ornella est toujours très réactive aux messages si on a besoin. Elle est très gentille. C’était un séjour que l’on a bbeaucoup aimé.

This place was the perfect home base for exploring Salento! We were able to park right in front of the house, which was beautifully designed, super clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was very easy, and Niki and Vincenzo were incredibly communicative and helpful with any questions we had. The terrace was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! The house has everything you need for a longer stay: a full kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials in case you forget your own. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the city center, the castle, and several cafés and restaurants. You can simply park and enjoy everything on foot. It’s also just 15 minutes to the beach and resorts, and only 20 minutes by car to Gallipoli. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back for a longer stay!

Maria e suo marito sono stati host che, con grande gentilezza e discrezione, ci hanno accolti in una magnifica dimora sul mare: pulita, ben organizzata e con accesso praticamente privato al mare. 50 gradini vi separano da una scogliera brillante della quale potete godere una vista tranquilla e rilassante dalla splendida terrazza attrezzata. il parcheggio privato agevola gli spostamenti da una location che rimane vicina (5/20 mins) a tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Vacanza meravigliosa data anche da questa casa incredibile.

L'alloggio di Giammarco è in una posizione strategica, molto comodo. Una casa ampia e adatta a chi vuole fare una vacanza con tanto mare. Giammarco è stato disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli sulle zone limitrofe

Really beautiful apartment in a lovely town. Alessandro and the team were super communicative and friendly. The apartment has everything you could need including things like a parasol and hairdryer which we used nearly every day. It is also really tastefully furnished with loads of antiques. We loved the secret staircase to the roof terrace which was a lovely surprise. We also really liked that the air conditioning is really effective. They provided lots of bottled water which was really nice to have when we arrived. They also gave us lots of good restaurant/bar/beach recommendations which were again really useful. We’d recommend the AirBnb to anyone and we’d like to come again ourselves!

We loved the apartment: spacious, cozy, quiet, close to the restaurants, newly refurbished historical building, nice patio and helpful host :) all you need for a great stay!

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

Très bon accueil de Mattia. Le logement est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité du centre-ville et des commerces. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette ville qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est peu touristique. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour.

Kitűnő szálláshely volt, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre. Ott derült ki, hogy 5 személyes az appartman, bár mi csak ketten voltunk. A lakás vadiúj konyhával és fürdővel rendelkezett és mindennel felszerelt volt a hajszárítótól a mosógépig és grillezőig. Pasquale egy üveg bort, vizet és pugliai ropogtatnivalót is készített nekünk az asztalra. Nagyon figyelmes és rendkívül kommunikatív házigazda volt, és jókat beszélgettünk. Kiváló tippeket adott, mit nézzünk meg, hova menjünk enni, hol parkoljunk... Érdemes kérdezni tőle! Kifejezetten ajánlom, pláne szezonon kívül, mert nincs tömeg, csak nyugalom, napfény és tenger! Egy dologra azért készüljetek, vannak szúnyogok... Ha egy mód van rá, visszatérünk majd a fiainkkal. :)

Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

Daniela’s was a really clean and beautiful home with every amenity you could want. We had one night here and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo Trovato questa casa pulitissima con la piacevole sorpresa di trovare anche sapone e generi di prima necessità già presenti nell'alloggio. Godrum è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Per quanto riguarda la posizione dell'immobile posso dire che Felline è un piccolo paese con solo i servizi di prima necessità. Se si necessitano di maggiori servizi occorre arrivare alla vicine Ugento. Per il resto direi che la posizione è strategia per raggiungere le spiagge di San Giovanni e Torre Mozza. Con qualche chilometro in più si raggiunge anche Leuca e la famigerata spiaggia delle Maldive del Salento, personalmente trovo estremamente sopravvalutato questo poso e troppo turistico, del Resto ad Agosto la Puglia è letteralmente invasa da turisti, tanto da trovare difficoltà nel trovare uno spazio libero nelle numerose spiagge presenti.

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Francesco gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen (sauber, alles vorhanden und umgeben von einem tollen Garten) und wir haben die Zeit in unmittelbaren Nähe von einem wunderbaren Strand sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die große Gastfreundschaft, Francesco! Hoffentlich schaffen wir es mal wieder nach Punta Prosciutto!

Parfait La location et l’hôte sont 100/100 parfaits le lieu la propreté la maison le calme l’environnement la réactivité la flexibilité la plage à côté les restaurants la ville les lieux touristiques et le grand calme tout y était location parfaite que je recommande Nous étions en famille de 4 c’est idéal et très bien pensé Merci encore ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nous reviendrons et recommanderons autour de nous merci encore
