Our stay was a dream to be in. Francesca and Francesco have created a wonderful place, are likeable people and great hosts. We were warmly welcomed and received all the necessary information. From the first moment, we felt at home and were able to freely explore the lovingly designed grounds and also enjoy them in privacy. The contact with other guests was also pleasant and respectful. The rooms are rustic and tastefully furnished and exude a special charm. The view will take your breath away. The journey to Poderracio is correspondingly adventurous (switchbacks and narrow, bumpy road). All products, such as the breakfast basket, are super delicious and of high quality. In addition, we received freshly harvested vegetables (zucchini, beetroot, onions and garlic) from Francesca. During the stay, we were invited to bake pizza together in the private rooms and enjoyed a wonderful evening. THANKS!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

We had a really good time at this place. It was spacious, clean, and worked perfectly for our group. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the house had all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a big plus—especially the terrace and patio area with the big table, which was great for hanging out and having meals together. The location is honestly perfect—super peaceful, but just a short drive to Florence, great local restaurants, and vineyards. Also, there was tons of parking space, which made things super easy for us. Check-in was smooth and the host was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautifully located, high above Pistoia – about 30 minutes away – in the pleasantly cool mountains, which was ideal in the summer temperatures. Even though the well-known cities of Tuscany are a little further away, the location was perfect for us. Daniele and Alessandra were very hospitable, always available and gave us many valuable tips about the area. We have grown very fond of Pistoia during this time. The combination of the quiet, natural location of the Airbnb and the lively, charming city life was just right for us. The area is ideal for motorcycle, scooter or bicycle tours: winding mountain roads, magnificent views and many small, old villages that invite you to discover them. Thank you!! My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. The house is a true piece of paradise, immaculately clean, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Marina and Paolo were incredibly kind hosts, making us feel completely at home. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the entire experience immersed us in the charm of Tuscan life. We highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

We felt extremely comfortable in Matteos accommodation. It is located in a picturesque setting that offers a lot of peace and relaxation. The rooms are designed with great attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. Overall, a stay with Matteo is highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

What a magical stay! Christine is a true host and not only has curated a beautiful space but she also was perfectly attentive to us during our stay. The apartment was as comfortable as it is beautiful. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and swimming pool and although we explored the area we would have been just as happy to stay “home” all day. The recommendations for the area were true gems. We had breakfast our last morning and it was the perfect ending to our stay! I don’t think you can find a more perfect place.

It was in an incredibly beautiful location but it was kind of far from town and you would definitely need a car to get there. The distance and the means of getting there were extremely worth it as you got to be in the countryside and admire the natural beauty. Giovanni and Michela were very good at communicating all instructions and even gave us tips for what to do in the area. The apartment was very nice and clean. The upstairs patio and its views were breathtaking.

What a magnificent place to stay. Very peaceful and in wonderful surroundings. The dinner that Anna put on was amazing and we met some lovely fellow travellers. As the temperature was hot while we were there the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place. Anna is such a delight to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn's apartment. It was spacious and clean and the scenery and local area is amazing. However, the wifi didn't work for the final 3 nights of our 4 night stay which was disappointing as phone signal is hard to get at the apartment, making planning for day trips and excursions very difficult.
