Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

This includes weekly cleaning, including a change of towels and bed linens, the GEZ (public broadcasting) fee, high-speed internet with a 1-Gbps connection, garbage disposal, and all electricity and heating costs. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the common basement for a fee.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
