It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. We really enjoyed our stay with Shika and Gagan. They were extremely helpful with our requests and we loved the villa. Baga and Anjuna beach both easily accessible from this location. Would definitely recommend!

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

The location is perfect—close to all the good spots in North Goa without being too crowded. The host was amazing: very prompt, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.

It is extremely difficult finding a place to accommodate for 20+ people, and also ensuring that each day no quality in regards to hygiene and hospitality is sacrificed. The Raina Villa's 8BHK accommodation was truly a blessing! Saransh was extremely helpful throughout the booking process, and was an extremely patient and an understanding host for all of us throughout the trip. The housekeepers- Rocky and Gautham were extremely hospitable, kind and were there anytime we needed them, they ensured that everyday we came back to spotless rooms and ensured that the remarkable experience of first walking into the villa was maintained throughout our vacation. We would all recommend this villa due to it's price, location, quality along with the hospitable nature both Saransh and the housekeeping provided, and we cannot wait to stay at the Raina Villas again!

A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this Villa and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area — wow! The private pool, garden, and serene views created the perfect setting for relaxation. Highly recommend!!!!

It is an extremely well designed place for a holiday with extremely good interiors, colour schemes, furniture and appliances. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The helping staff was also very friendly and did a great job at keeping the place tidy. Thanks to Nikhil for helping us out in any and every query which we had. Only point to considering while booking this property is that the place is about 20-30 mins from the famous food and party places of North Goa. So it’s better to have a car with you to avoid any transport issues. If you are coming by flight , try to land into GOX. Villla is just about 20 mins from there. GOI on the other hand is a 1 hour drive from the villa. Overall it was one of the best vacations we had and this Villa was the main reason behind it!
