Water front home. Three hundred foot pier with green lights, water, boat dock and electricity. Guest can be picked up by fishing guides at the pier. Large circular driveway with plenty room for boats/trailers. The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Had a pleasant visit to the Crpus Christi area. The home is well mainatined and pleasantly stocked with commonly needed items. Such as coffee! It was great waking uo the first day and not having to worry avout where to grab that first cup of the day. 100% recommend. Wonderful host. Thoughtful, respectful, and just can't say enough about the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at our cabin. We had the place to ourselves for Mother’s Day weekend on Saturday and it was so peaceful. The fishing was great and my kids enjoyed the pool and game room! Seth greeted us upon arrival and checked in on us throughout the stay. We will be a returning customer ❤️
