House holiday rentals in Badia de Xàbia

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful villa. It has everything you could look for: spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms, comfortable terras, large swimming pool, great views, aircon units in every room and lots of children books and toys. The villa is coveniently located near Jávea, Dénia and a few other towns worth visiting. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful hikes are all a short drive away. Mariela is the perfect host who makes sure everything is taken care of. We would definitely recommend the villa, especially to families, and we will surely come again!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

It is a beautiful villa, exceptional bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outside area and stunning swimming pool and the villa had the wow factor with the view! Unreal! Vanessa was amazing prior to arriving in Spain and was equally active in helping us have the perfect holiday. 10/10 in everything she did. The only slight draw back for villa Limonera was the fact it’s near on impossible to walk anywhere in the day heat, you really are at the very top! But if you want wow…this villa has it all over!

My stay in the house, it exceeded our expectations, in the house there was no lack of detail, everything was very clean, the patio was a past one and Diego and Marta always pending in case we needed something and very kind, very recommended, we will definitely return

Perfect view on the most beautiful beach

We traveled in couples with babies and were very comfortable. The house is cozy and the location is very good, 5 mins from the arenal. Monica is very nice, she provided us with everything we asked of her and was always happy to take care of us. Highly recommended! 🙂

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!), and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful villa in the hills outside central Dénia. Supermarkets were a quick 10 minute drive away. Plenty of room for grandparents , kids and grandchildren. Alice was super responsive and was able to get someone last minute to fix the A/C in one of the bedrooms. The view was incredible and the large pool was relaxing for everyone in the heat of the day. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Just a lovely apartment perfectly situated in this lovely town, about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean with two good bedrooms, but also a good single room on top of that. Marisa was extremely friendly and pro active. I can honestly reccomend this apartment and this peaceful town as a holiday destination.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
