Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Reisende und Familien, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Salzkammergut, nach Bayern oder in die Alpen zum Radfahren und Wandern. Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock (ohne Lift), kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Grundstück vorhanden.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einer Küche und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Untersberg. Ideal für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen, die eine Stadttour planen oder gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in Fußnähe erreichbar. Unser 2018 neu ausgebautes und eingerichtetes Apartment mit ca. 28 m2 verfügt über ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Küche und einem Essbereich sowie einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche. Das Doppelbett hat eine Größe von180x200 cm. Inmitten der Mozartstadt, umgeben von diversen Restaurants und den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Salzburg bietet es eine optimale Lage um Salzburg zu erkunden.

Spacious House close to city Salzburg / lake area

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Stylisch, praktisch, gut!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Offer a bright, cozy shared room in a beautiful attic apartment. The kitchen--living room and the south-facing balcony can be shared. The property is ideal for solo travelers, business travelers, women looking for peace and quiet but still close to the city. Nearest train station is 500 meters away. The S-Bahn goes from Freilassing in 10 minutes to the center / train station Salzburg. The nearest supermarket is 550 m away.

Wohlfühl-Zuhause nahe Salzburg

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus im zweiten OG, unweit von Salzburg. Der Ausgangspunkt ist hervorragend! Mit dem Auto, Bus oder der Bahn braucht ihr nur wenige Minuten in die romantische Altstadt von Salzburg. Auch das malerische Berchtesgaden erreicht ihr sehr gut von hier aus, wie auch diverse andere Ausflugsziele. Ich begrüße euch herzlich in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
