Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

We had a great stay in Egling. The house really left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back and would always recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Roots house. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for activities in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Top value in Bad Tolz, ideally located to all the shops and restaurants you would want to visit. The apartment is so well located that you are spoiled for choice. Finding the apartment was easy and check in was a breeze. Parking was so convenient, directly outside the door! The apartment was clean and everything smelled so nice and clean, like fresh laundry and fresh air. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you would want for a few days stay — dishes, linens, washer and dryer, dish washer, even surround sound. Alexandra was a great host, very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions, including photos of the door and where to park. Great stay, highly recommended!

The accommodation was nice, large, clean and the surroundings were quiet. Parking was also possible without any problems. The bakery, supermarket and bus stop are easily accessible on foot. There were two of us there and we can recommend the apartment without reservation!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We were guests at Christiane's with our dog for a week. The communication was great and the accommodation as described. Everything was clean and we didn't lack anything. We will gladly come back if we need accommodation in the area.

Brilliant place, great host

She is a Super Host. Brilliant place if the family is travelling but for sure one should have their own vehicle else it would be difficult.

We had a very nice stay at Sabine's place and would be happy to come back. Sabine is a very warm person and was available for questions. The place is cozy, clean and especially the kitchen is super equipped. We felt very comfortable.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. A beautiful apartment in a very nice place where you can walk to the restaurants and the bakery. A nice supermarket is also nearby. Furthermore, it is centrally located, making it a great base for beautiful excursions. Simon and Michaela are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to our messages.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

My sister and I were super satisfied, the kitchen is well equipped, there is an oven and a microwave. The rest of the apartment is also well equipped and maintained. There are bed linen and towels, even a hair dryer is provided. Would come back any time.

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

The accommodation was clean and it has everything you need, including great basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to vacation in the area!
