In the heart of Salzburg old town! 2 mins walk to Mozart wohnhouse and 1 min to Mirabel garden. All sightseeing spots in city are within walking distance. Close to restaurants supermarkets and shopping. Barrier free. Newly renovated flat in a hundred years old building. Great mixture of historical charm and modern comfortableness. This is our home and we rent it out when we are traveling. It is perfect for family with kids but offers a good holiday place too for couples or group friends.

Das Haus besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmer mit 4 Doppelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben weil sie mitten im Skigebiet liegt, wegen der Küche, hohe Decken, Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern), große Gruppen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). (!!! keine Sommercard bei diesem Haus möglich!!!) Im Haus gibt es nur ein öffentliches W-Lan, das ist aber auch nur eingeschränkt nutzbar! Für jedes Haustier sind € 15,- / Nacht zu zahlen!

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

In the Alpenglühn, just a 5-minute walk from the salt mine, spacious apartments with 44 - 61 sqm await you, for two - four guests with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable height beds, sofa beds, large bathrooms and beautiful views. Our sauna area and our parlor are located in the basement. In the garden you will find a heated pool from April to October and a whirlpool all year round. One free parking space per apartment and free Wi-Fi.

Chalet Franzi - Ferienhaus, incl. Gratis Solarbad

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. When you rent you can enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a Gastein paradise.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
