Holiday rentals with a patio in Bacvice Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

We had to leave our previous Airbnb unexpectedly due to a sewage issue and Viktor was an absolute lifesaver. He accepted our booking at short notice, let us check in early, and allowed a late checkout to suit our evening flight. That flexibility made such a difference for us as a family. The apartment was spotless, well set up, and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for a family with two small children who really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was exactly what we needed after a stressful situation. We’re so grateful for Viktor’s kindness and support. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Split.

Un véritable coup de cœur sur Airbnb ! L’hôte est extrêmement attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. L’appartement est impeccable, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement entretenu. Mention spéciale pour la superbe terrasse extérieure, idéale pour profiter des beaux jours. Un autre grand avantage : il y a un stationnement auquel le propriétaire vous aides à vous stationner. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville et des rives de l’eau. Tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience !

Just got back from Croatia and wanted to leave a proper review for Davorka’s place. It was the absolute best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and she truly defines what it means to be a superhost. She kindly offered to pick us up from the airport free of charge, welcomed us into her property at 9 PM, gave us fantastic recommendations, explained everything we needed to know about Split, and even had dinner waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, with two spacious bedrooms—one of them en-suite—and another immaculate bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the balcony was simply amazing. We’re already hoping to come back next year and stay for even longer. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Davorka and staying in her beautiful home. We truly felt at home.

We reached out to explain we were arriving earlier than check in time. They couldn’t make any promises but recommended dropping luggage at a “Bounce”. It turned out the day of they reached out as the home was ready at 2pm which worked out for us. It was clean and offered a washer and dryer. Much slower than we are used to in the states but appreciated the dryer feature. We liked everything it offered. Thank you.

This place was amazing - peaceful, super private - you’ve a pool just for yourself, beds are comfortable, toilets cleaned. Peter was very friendly, responded quickly to all my questions The neighbourhood was also great - very close to the beach, you can go for a nice walk, watch the sunset…

Lovely apartment, 2 minutes walk from the Riva and all the boats. Fully equipped, clean and cool, when needed. Small balcony to sit and view the harbour was perfect for breakfast coffee and evening G and T. Josko was a brilliant host and kept us well informed throughout, meeting us bang on time. He even found us somewhere to park for free all week. Lots to do - we did trips to Hvar, Krka and Trogia. Scores of restaurants in Split to suit all tastes and budgets. We enjoyed Feral nearby (cheap and cheerful - good food) and paid more to go to Portofino - food was maybe slightly better there, but the service was disgraceful - I would avoid it. Waterfront bars are a mixed bunch, but to be expected in prime people watching location. Loved Split - we may well return.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Magnus was a friendly host. He responded to messages and questions quickly. The apartment is and homey with comfortable with plenty of living space of for 3 people.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Es war eine tolle Zeit mit 3 Freundinnen in Split. Tolle Lage tolle Wohnung… Karlo und die Eltern der Eigentümerin waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Jederzeit wurdem unsere Wünsche erfüllt und super schnell beantwortet. Ein par Gläser mehr wären noch ein kleiner Tip! Super Wein und Wasser mit kleinen Snaks standen uns zu Beginn parat.Danke für die tolle Zeit wir hatten schöne Tage im wunderschönen Split. Claudia

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Simply amazing from start to finish! Boze has officially set the bar so high for Airbnb hosts that I fear I will forever be disappointed in anyone else! He communicated with me from the very beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. Including going above and beyond and coordinated transporting from the airport for us. He also sent a guide of the area with local recommendations for food, activities and beaches that were helpful. His place was just as described and immaculate. Very walkable to old town and the port. I can not begin to fully describe just how happy these weary travelers were and wish we had more than 1 night there.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
