Beachfront holiday rentals in Bacvice Beach

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

This is one of my favorite places I have stayed! It is an adorable apartment within walking distance of Diocletian’s Palace. Our host had fabulous local recommendations and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place for not very long stays. walkable distance to old city and port. Marjan park nearby is a gem. Fully equipped kitchen. New appliances. I would recommend.

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is perfect. Old town, bus station and train station is 10mins on foot from the location. The host is also friendly and responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place is in a great spot — super close to the port, with lots of good food options and groceries nearby. Easy to get around, and you can easily walk to most of the main attractions. The room had everything we needed, with well equipped basics and essentials . Would happily stay again! Highly recommend!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

Kristina and luka were fantastic hosts. They were very flexible with our late check in and early check out. We were a family of 5 including an infant and we were very comfortable. Their home was clean and exactly as pictured. It was in a quiet residential area but close enough to town that you could easily walk. Close to the ports, beaches, a supermarket and bakery. They were very sweet provided us with fruits and even some food for our baby. They also sent us off with a little gift to remember croatia. They obviously enjoy hosting and making people feel welcome. Do not think twice to book.

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

Excellent stay. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Very clean, we immediately felt good. The outdoor pool offers an exceptional view and the fact that it is heated is a big plus. The ballet of the swallows was a delightful spectacle. The only negative point is the road that passes just below and is quite noisy.

This was an amazing stay. The apartment is beautifully renovated and high quality. You can walk to awesome restaurants and the old town very easily. Our host was super responsive and communicative. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hrvoje’s apartment. It was clean and pleasant. Had a nice view. Very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and the harbour nearby. Being in a busy city, there was some noise from restaurants on the street but we slept fine with earplugs. I would happily visit again!

A lovely property in an ideal location, a stones throw from the beach and very close to the old town of Split. We stayed here for a week and felt very at home and relaxed!

The location is perfect. It takes only 5 min to walk to the old town where all the attractions are. Bakeries and buses are 2 min away. So you are near the actions but not among all the hustle and bustle. The only downside is that walls are pretty thin, and you can hear the conversations next door.

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is clean and well organized. We appreciated the special touches (having coffee creamer is a big plus for us! And the thoughtful local candy at our bedside tables). We slept peacefully each night. We also loved the proximity to the beach where we spent many hours. Thank you!

Toni's place is beautiful, sparkling clean, modern and with all the amenities of kitchen/bathroom that you would need. A parking spot is available and the location is very central to both Old Town and a beach (both a short walking distance). There are markets and supermarkets nearby. There is no laundry in this apartment but there is a laundromat nearby. We met Toni's parents who were so lovely, gave us an introduction to the area and the apartment, and were on hand if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this beautiful place for a stay in Split!

The apartment is exactly as described, beautiful and artsy and you can feel that the place has so much personality. I would stay there again, absolutely. Host provided a document for check in with detailed instructions that is helpful in case you run into a problem. If you like a lot of info, you’d love it. My brain is a bit more bullet point style and I found myself scanning for the specific info I needed because I don’t have time to read that much when I’m trying to check in. This is a personal preference thing though, so I am not basing my review on this. Just know in advance the information in air bnb listing (WiFi for example) isn’t reliable and you must go by the document host sends you. The place is close to many outdoor restaurants with great food, I always had a parking space, and was close enough to pharmacy and tour meeting points. One thing of note, the host agreed to let us put our luggage in the room early so we could go to our tour and not worry about luggage storage
