It is a clean and very comfortable accommodation, with clean beds. You can enjoy its garden plot, which gives you the feeling of peace and rest. The shower is perfect, with clean towels. The room is cleaned daily. The hostess is a source of wisdom, which makes your stay magical. The location is very comfortable as it is between the federal road where the ADO ( buses) is located and the lagoon.

Everything was excellent. I loved the location. The people who work there are very attentive. They are very clean. The only thing I would recommend is that they leave a mop or a squeegee for the bathroom, but everything else is very good. I would definitely return and recommend it. 👌

Mrs. Adriana and her son Jorge were great hosts. From walking distance to all the restaurants and about a 5 min walk to the Plaza Central. Bed was comfortable and big. Thanks for everything

The place is so beautiful, the view from our room was so amazing. We have fun time in the area by the laguna. We really appreciate the service by Luis, Ricardo and the réceptionist. They were so kind.

The place is amazing, with a spectacular view at every moment of the day, from sunrise to dusk has a wonderful view. It has many places to rest on the shores of the lagoon, swing bed chairs, hammocks. The lagoon keep it clean and has depths for the little ones and the Asult, it has two platforms like viewpoints where you can make jumps. It has a nice restaurant with a variety of dishes at affordable prices (not the probes, but if I saw the menu). It has bathrooms and dressing rooms near the lagoon and you are offered towels. About the room, I will say that my stay was very pleasant, I rested very well, they could improve in the sink, the water did not leave, although the valve was kept up, they could also improve in delivering some extra savannah for those that give them very cold, I had a very good time with the temperature, but my wife and my daughter if they needed an extra savanna. That didn't detract from the quality of unbelievable I give it. Gracia

Hotel Sur was wonderful. Great location, beautiful hotel. Includes free parking and breakfast.

It is a quite nice hotel, up to the top they are remodeling but super nice view, easy access to see the sunrise a few blocks from the pier, cafes around delicious, all really very in order and clean, the parking lot a little small and can be filled but you can leave it outside and it's okay.

A hotel with a good location, arriving was very simple and the staff was very friendly during our stay, it is definitely a place to return to.

This location is relaxing, clean, and all the little details of the place make you feel at home. Walkable distance to downtown area making it easy to get around. Our room was cleaned every day, the staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast and bar drinks were delicious. Just what we needed after being stuck at home for months.

The location of the Hotel is super quiet beach area and the Beach club area is unbeatable, the attention since you arrive is cordial and attentive. Definitely a place to stay again.

The place and service of those who work at the hotel is excellent. It has an ample menu of comida. The road is of terracería so not all taxis want to enter and the cost is high, around $350.00 for a 15-20 minute journey to the center of Bacalar. The internet sometimes fails but it's understandable because it's satellite and it depends on weather conditions. A little more cleaning is required in the bathroom.

everything was fine, only there was no hot water, although to my liking it is perfect for the existing climate of Bacalar

Very nice apartment block. It’s not so far from Centro that a walk downhill is out of the question, but far enough that you avoid any of the noise pollution (if any). Our only issues is that the address listed is a whole street, so it was a little difficult to locate at first, additionally , we had a room right next to the entrance/reception, so we heard most people coming and going through the night and morning. Other than this, Guadalupe was great to deal with. There were a few things off place in the apartment that we mentioned, and he fixed almost instantly. There’s also an in house laundry service for a reasonable fee, if you’re planning a longer stay, or have been traveling for a while

The people were very friendly, we had problems with the water in the shower and immediately changed our rooms, always attentive. If you want an experience and live with nature is the perfect choice for you and your family.

My Husband and I had the best time ever. This place has everything you need and want. The Lagoon was just a few steps away from our room.

In general we were very comfortable, the place is excellent if you are looking for peace and quiet, I can't describe how impressive bacalar and mainly the stay at the hotel, the room corresponded to the 100 to the description, the access to the Lagoon is private so if you are looking for exclusivity you will definitely have the woow sunrises!
