excelente opcion para alojarse en chetumal, nada como llegar a una casa para relajarse, excelente opcion para parejas o familias, las areas comunes muy limpias y seguras. Recomendable ampliamente.

Great location right on the lake. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor eating area (with full kitchenette), and swimming and watersports activities right off the private pier. Note that the property has bedrooms in two separate buildings. Two bedrooms are lakefront, and the remaining bedrooms are a bit further back in a separate building, which also includes a kitchen and outdoor seating. The property was clean and well kept, albeit a bit dated. Location is about 5 minute drive into town. Overall a great spot for a few days in Bacalar.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. La mejor estancia en Xul-Ha, la propiedad es bella, tiene todo lo necesario, a pie de laguna por lo que no tuvimos necesidad de salir mucho a diferentes lugares, es todo lo que se necesita para una excelente vacacion en familia. La casa es bastante grande, nos encantó que cada quien tuvo su espacio y privacidad. Lo único que podría recomendar sería el cambio de regaderas, aún así pudimos usarlas sin embargo no había buena presión. La atención de Lourdes fue impecable, todo el tiempo estuvo muy atenta y nos dio todas las recomendaciones! Volveremos sin duda!

Marissa contacted me right away and sent a long list of nearby places and restaurants. She proactively asked the day before for our time of arrival and once we got there, she and her dogs greeted us, showed us around and everything went smoothly. We felt at home right away. The casita is beautifully decorated, very tidy and had everything we needed. The property is just as beautiful, private and kind of hidden in the jungle while still being only a 3-4 minute drive away from Bacalar - perfect to grab groceries or head out for lunch/dinner at any time. Marissa also always swiftly replied to any requests, offered us food when there was a power outage in the whole region during a stormy night and is an awesome host in general. We only spent 3 nights in the casita, which was definitely too short to see everything Bacalar and it's surroundings have to offer, so we will definitely come back for more!

I was surprised of how well kept is the place. Although it is not a new place, it seems that they case about keeping the place up to date. One of the things that I liked the most is the extra washrooms outside the house. The fact that we had the help of the property manager is priceless. He was attentive and very helpful.

El alojamiento es tal cual la publicación, todo estuvo perfecto y sin algún problema , está bonito y todo en perfecto estado.

Me encanto el alojamiento es a mi gusto muy bueno para vacacionar ya que tienes muchas cosas cerca, todo funciona y el alojamiento siempre esta limpio, también muy bien pensado para disfrutar. En caso de la anfitriona Claudia se mostró super amable en todo momento, siempre nos recomendó cosas para hacer y también estaba atenta todos los días para saber si nos faltaba algo, la verdad una super atención, al final terminé conociendo muchisimos buenos lugares gracias a sus recomendaciones. Sin duda si voy a Bacalar nuevamente regresaría sin pensarlo.

Carlos gave perfect instructions for our arrival. The lodging was excellent and as described. The resident dog allowed me to give it pets, which was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Excelente lugar para alojarse, recámaras bastante amplias, iluminadas y limpias; cocina con utensilio y enseres necesarios; punto malo, solo un baño, la capacidad total es para 6p por lo tanto es insuficiente. Alberca con agua muy disfrutable, todo en óptimas condiciones.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement était propre et les couvertures du lit aussi. La salle très propre aussi. Le logement est à 10 minutes de marche du centre et la marche de retour le soir était sécuritaire aussi. Je recommande sans hésitation

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

El lugar es muy bonito, el acceso es por un camino complicado pero es parte de la experiencia de estar lejos del pueblo y privado y no depende de ellos ese camino. El lugar es un 10 si lo sabes entender, es un lugar casero no un resort de lujo y las fotos siempre son más bonitas que el lugar pero en precio calidad destaca. La estancia estuvo bien, puedes usar los kayak gratis y explorar la laguna Lo único que mejoraría es que el baño no tiene nada de ventilación y lo que hasta por normativa tendría que tener. (Si pusieran un extractor para el vapor de la regadera o los olores del baño sería mucho mejor la experiencia

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, es muy cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios. Bernie siempre estuvo atento a mi llegada y siempre mostró iniciativa. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

Todo perfecto en realidad lo disfrutamos, la comunicación fue muy eficiente. es fácil llegar a la laguna en coche desde ahí y la verdad es muy tranquilo por las noches porque no está cerca del centro, solo escuchas los ruidos de los pájaros y uno que otro coche en la carretera.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

Very comfortable space. Large bed. Great water pressure. Just a couple blocks away from the lagoon. Various restaurants two minutes away as well. Great host. She helped us coordinate our tours and transportation and gave us tips on restaurants and everything else.
