The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

They have a double bedroom, a living room with good double sofa bed and integrated kitchen, balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with small garden, hallway and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. A dog is allowed on the ground floor.

It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.

100m from the beach (in the house sea view) the apartment is ideal for a beach holiday. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it!
