Staying with Gina was impeccable. We felt very comfortable. Checking in was easy and straightforward. Gina herself was very helpful and always available.

Paulo and Cátia were extremely friendly, always ready to support , very chatty and kind , the place was great with everything you need , and the view was absolutely amazing !!! The dogs were friendly and the kids had great fun with them always happy to return to the house where the dogs were already waiting for them with a warm welcome , specially Bela the biggest dog !!! Definitely worth the stay and recommended to couple or small family ! We will be back to visit next time we in the Island :)

He worked with me and customer service along the way to ensure that both parties were satisfied! I am grateful and happy that humanity is still alive and there are still good people out there . We immediately exchanged the phone number with Sepp's colleague so we can reach her in case of problems and received an immediate response with everything. Everyone was very friendly and we would come back anytime.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The location was conveniently located near Ponta Delgada and other key spots. The backyard was beautiful and Nika (their precious dog who loves attention and belly rubs) always greeted us. The space is eclectic and well equipped. Maria was very attentive, warm, and responsive!

We had a great stay at Catia’s. Located a short drive from anywhere you need to go, including a grocery store and some restaurants and cafes. We had a great time!

5 mins walk to beach. Relaxing and very clean! The host was very quick to reply (even when we locked ourselves out of our room)! Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 days at Tânias wonderful place. Immediateley feeling a bit like @home. After a little misunderstanding about our rental car, she checked one the day before arriving. SO GREAT! Tânia was very helpful. We loved the garden and also the cuddles with her cats and the pug lady Carlotta. Lajes do Pico is the perfect spot for whale and dolphin watching. Short drive to a few snorkeling spots and also quite near to Madalena. HUGE RECOMMEND!

Adair and Senny we're friendly and communicative. They made us feel at home. They gave us recommendations on things to do. We loved our stay!

We stayed here for 6 nights. Monica greeted us in person and was flexible with check in hours. She explained and re commended things. The place was very clean and comfortable. Shower and hot water were perfect. We liked the outdoor area and the tumble dryer helped a lot with our laundry. I recommend it. Thank you Monica... You were a great host.

The place exceeded expectations. The hosts are very good people. Responded quickly to all our questions. Suggested various recreational options and help with getting to the airport. The area is incredible. The atmosphere is really for relaxing, cozy and peaceful.

The accommodation and the entire complex were really fantastic. The entire outdoor area can be shared. It was very quiet and perfect for relaxing. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Orlando’s place in Ribeira Grande! From the start, Orlando was incredibly detailed and thoughtful when we welcomed us. His communication was clear and helpful. The property is ideally located centrally in the island and also just a short walk or drive to shops, cafes, and other local amenities, making it a convenient base for exploring the island. Our room was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also appreciated having access to the kitchen and the lovely backyard space, which made the stay feel even more homey and relaxed. What really stood out was Orlando’s local knowledge. He generously offered tips and suggestions that helped us plan our days around São Miguel, from scenic spots to hidden gems and local dining recommendations. His guidance really enriched our experience of the island. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Orlando. He’s a thoughtful and gracious host, and the property is great.
