I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Fully equiped kitchen which also has a fireplace. The entrance is shared with the hosts, who live downstairs. You dispose the whole upper floor yourselves. The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

I denna lantliga idyll kan du slappna av eller använda som bas för att upptäcka Södermanland. Intill gäststugan finns det ett bostadshus, flera lador och ett hönshus. På gården bor gårdskatterna Stina och Vilda, Samojedhunden Isa, de Walliska Svartnosfåren Bianca, Lady, Dolly och Kajsa samt tuppen Grey och hans 8 hönor.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

The place is very close to nature. The wild animals, access to the forest and the tranquility are fantastic. At the same time, it is only 5 minutes, so you are on the highway to Stockholm (1 hour.), Trosa (20min) or Nyköping with Skavsta airport (30min). The chance to see wildlife here is almost 100%, mostly deer. If you want to be sure to see moose, wild boar etc. we can recommend a wildlife park in Öster malma, just 20 min from here.

Bright apartment on a rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn is located this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse garden. On the entry level there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children who live on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We have no other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
