Very nice and modern house close to the station. Konbini is just along the road basically right next to the Nankai Misakikoen Station. Take the train to wakayamashi and exit after 1 or 2 stops to get to the Aeon Mall Wakayama. It is huge. Loads of shops. The house itself is really nice, air-conditioning in every room, futon are thick and comfy. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets are quite convenient when travelling with 4 or more people. ありがとうございました。

Especially the sauna was spacious, and the water bath was cold and it was a great refresh. This will be a personal matter again, but I wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to my partner, so we consulted in advance. The smell of seasonal patterns and mikan flowers It's fluffy. I was able to relax from my sense of smell. I visited in mid-May. I recommend this season!! Also, you don't have to worry about grocery shopping. It is a 10-minute drive to [Delicius], a local supermarket. Well-stocked, with Arita beef scales. I recommend it for when you use this facility! (2) Sauna 110°C barrel sauna Keep 90 degrees Celsius or higher in the sauna The humidity was 50-60%. There is no chiller in the water bath. Is it because of the pleasant breeze? I've put it in a bashibashi. Also, the shower (soap) is inside. You can use the sauna without bathing. Received the customer's feelings It was a nice facility!! (3) BBQ There are also facilities that charge a separate fee to use the facilities. Charcoal, ignition materials, and even military hands are provided free of charge. I also felt hospitality here. The location was great and the host was really kind. Awesome

I recommend Yue to anybody. I felt like I was right at home, and it was fun to look for things like different rooms (a hidden reading nook!) and see what is in the fridge (free amenities in there btw). I especially love the attention to detail, like the japanese garden, bathroom amenities, and the bikes. Although it's in the middle of a suburb area, having bicycles available a child seat for my 3-year old made it easy to get around the city. Her local recommendations and willingness to reserve them for us made things so easy, like papermaking and visiting her local go-to bathhouse. If we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

This was the finest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The investment of time and money was well worth it, leaving me with unforgettable memories and a deep sense of relaxation. I highly recommend this host and enchanting cottage to anyone seeking a wonderful escape. Whether for solitude, romance, or unwinding, this seaside retreat on Awaji Island will exceed your expectations.

Of all the accommodations I have experienced for 35 years, it was by far the best. Washing machine, air conditioner, bidet, microwave, tableware, and even a cozy and spacious bed!! Everything was provided. Bicycles were 👍🏻👍🏻also available, so it was great to use them to get around!🚴‍♂️ I highly recommend it to all guests!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hana's apartment was a great deal. In Namba but in a residential neighborhood so it was very quiet.

There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a large supermarket; the location is convenient.

Nice place. Loved the washing machine to let us clean up some laundry. Place is big and spacious (Japanese std). There is no lift, but do note that Floor Level 3 (Japan: Level 1-2-3) is actually level 2 (Ground-1st-2nd) to others.

The weather was not good this time, and I did not see the beautiful sea, but the second floor of the landlord's house faces the sea. If the weather is good, or if you go in summer, the sea will be felt as soon as you open the curtains, it will be beautiful!Check in again next time

Stayed at Naoko & Naofumi's apartment for four days in Kobe, exactly as described, especially I needed two separate sleeping spaces (bedroom, living room sofa bed), which is important so that my friends and I don't disturb each other at night. The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bathroom and shower space is quite spacious. The apartment is also in a good location, within walking distance of several subway lines.On the first day, we went to Nishinomiya City Koshien to watch the ball, and on the second day, we went to the beach in Suma, both of which are direct routes.Downstairs is Kobe's main commercial street, a typical Japanese pedestrian street, with many interesting small shops and many restaurants around. All in all very recommendable!

Overall, it is very pleasant to open the room at check-in, the room facilities are completely consistent with the description, very clean and hygienic, very close to the subway station, and there is a convenience store downstairs.Besides having to carry suitcases to the third floor and the internet is not very smooth, there is nothing to be dissatisfied with, I hope to stay again next time.

I stayed for about 10 people. The room was spacious enough and we had a very comfortable stay.

This apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, as other reviewers have mentioned. A couple of points to note, which are not clear in the listing. There are two beds in one bedroom and no bed in the other bedroom area. Consequently, getting in and out of bed can be a bit awkward. Also, the TV only has Japanese programs. I'd recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Kobe for a few days.

Very complete house with all amenities. More than typical places provide, like first aid, cleanser, scissors, etc. Even added a heater for kitchen because aircon cannot reach.Very considerate. only downside is the drain for shower is a bit choke and slow.

We appreciated prompt and good communication from the hosts, the very clean apartment, and the quiet residential location near the train station. Three things are important to know: 1) It is a fourth floor apartment with no elevator. 2) There are room darkening shades in just one room (not in the tatami room). 3) The beds are small double beds— too small, in our case, for two adults to share, and the futon (in the room without curtains) is for one person. One parent ended up sleeping with our daughter on the trundle bed mattress, and the other adult slept on the other mattress, because of 1) (no room darkening shades in the second bedroom— and there was not additional bedding made available for a third person— although the next morning I located a third blanket in a storage area). We were able to make it work but it wasn’t ideal; I encourage communicating in advance with the hosts about your needs. We appreciate the hospitality and overall we were very glad to stay! Thank you!
