Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Avondale

Great house and the heated pool made our vacation! The location is great as we like going to Glendale to play Top Golf and shopping at the Tanger outlets. My son fished in all of the ponds near the home.

Our stay at the No Bull Abode was excellent! The house was accommodating for our family and the amenities were exactly as pictured and described. The hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and questions. A very spacious and beautiful home in a great neighborhood location! Highly recommend ☺️

David’s home was great! Clean, beautiful, met all of our needs even on short notice with our dogs. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the Wigwam resort and local restaurants. I appreciate his responsiveness and friendliness. I would definitely stay again, and I highly recommend.

We had a great time!! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the golf course whenever we weren’t out taking in Arizona’s beautiful scenery. Our host was absolutely amazing! He even called to check in with me after we left! We will definitely be booking again next time we come to AZ!

We were visiting the area for a week, to attend my son's wedding. So, we wanted our visit to be comfortable and hassle free. It was all of that and then some. We arrived early so we grabbed some lunch at Subway and then went grocery shopping at Fry's. Both of these locations were in close proximity. We used the hot tub in the backyard a couple times and the TV in the livingroom is amazing. The wedding was excellent and we had a good time all in all. We plan on moving to the Greater Phoenix area, so we'll most likely be return customers. If the host will have us.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and clearly well taken care of—it felt like everything had been freshly cleaned just for us. The home was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials (and even a few extras), which made our stay super comfortable and stress-free. The host was excellent—very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay.

Firsts, this house is wonderful! It has a fantastic floor plan that allows for both space and privacy. The backyard and pool area were perfect for morning coffee and tea, and even better for the afternoon and evenings! Second, Austin was a wonderful host! He stayed in constant communication with us, provided great recommendations, and answered any and all questions we had! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, book this one immediately!

Kj is a friendly & super responsive hosts she also had great recommendations on the surrounding area. Loved how the complex was gated & only those who know the code could enter. Located within walking distance of Roosevelt Row where’s there’s plenty to do. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a secure/somewhat private stay & also that is walking distance to all the action on Roosevelt.

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Derek’s place was amazing very easy to check in. Super clean in all areas very comfy bed and all kitchen amenities. Air conditioning worked well close to a convenient store and restaurants. It was well worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Derek

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

Stayed for a week in between moving into a new place. Very easy to get in with very flexible hours. I was able to check in late at night and checkout in the early morning. Would stay again!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Edith’s place a nice cozy home away from home! My family and I felt very comfortable. I like that she provided options for laundry detergent, made sure we had more than enough bedding and bathroom linens. She was also very communicative with prompt responses. When we arrived, the porch light was on which made the residence easier to find. I would stay here again as it’s out of the way, quiet and close to many attractions in the local area.

We ended up staying a week here, and as we were checking out my fiancé and I agreed we were kind of sad to go home. This place had grown on us and was the perfect size for a couple or a small group of friends/family. I loved the layout and how easy it was to settle in and make it home. The covered parking was absolutely incredible with the Arizona heat, it made a huge difference, and I appreciated being able to see my vehicle from my window. It was easy to just kick back and feel comfortable, plus we are near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!
