Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Avondale

Clean place. Close to airport and downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time in Glendale thanks to Anthony and Marie. Their Airbnb was exactly as they marketed it through photos and descriptions. We took advantage of the pool and local suggestions on food/restaurants. We would definitely reach out to this specific Airbnb if we're traveling back to the Glendale area.

We were visiting the area for a week, to attend my son's wedding. So, we wanted our visit to be comfortable and hassle free. It was all of that and then some. We arrived early so we grabbed some lunch at Subway and then went grocery shopping at Fry's. Both of these locations were in close proximity. We used the hot tub in the backyard a couple times and the TV in the livingroom is amazing. The wedding was excellent and we had a good time all in all. We plan on moving to the Greater Phoenix area, so we'll most likely be return customers. If the host will have us.

On June 12, I and my wife rented this beautiful three bedroom home on the Airbnb site. We were very impressed with the responsiveness and the informative host of the host Amanda. Upon arrival to the home, we found the check in to be very simple. The home was described just as it wasn’t the pictures very clean. The pool was amazing. The Jacuzzi and sauna as well. We had a absolute complete good time and definitely look forward to using this home again on our next getaway also arrowhead mall and many other restaurants and malls are all within 5 to 10 minute drive

Fantastic host and extremely convenient and comfortable place! Was perfect for our family with young adults and kids. Everything was the same as on the listing and we were able to immediately make ourselves at home. Everything was simple and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends and family. Host accommodated for late check-out request and was very responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

Angel's place absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable, have no criticism at all. Place was inviting, comfortable and home-like; inside, outside. Neighborhood quite but super-easy proximity to night-life/entertainment complex. Clean, stocked with fundamental necessities and plenty of privacy for quiet time. Host was accessible and prompt in responding to questions. Thank you for contributing in an unexpected way to the memorable experience of my son's college graduation. The home made it even more wonderful!!

Pictures do not do this Gem justice! The entry way up the hill, as soon as you park the view, walking up the stairs opening that door into the WHOLE VIEW! Views from every angle. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Carla🩷

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Thank you so much!

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

Evelin’s place was perfect for the three us. Great location in walking distance to The Van Buren and Gracie’s.

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

The host gave detailed instructions and was excellent with communication! The place was clean and worked well for our circumstances. Loved having double vanities.

This was a great find. The place was easy to find. It was clean and well-furnished with some really cool artwork. There were TVs in both the living room and main bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning was great and the unit was pet-friendly. The parking spot was tight but not a big deal. The unit was gated, which was nice. We would definitely stay again.
