Holiday rentals with lake access in Avon Park

The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

My guys used this place as a base camp for some work in the nearby state forest. They really enjoyed their stay and the quiet, laid back atmosphere. Alexeis was very responsive and easy to work with. We weren't sure on our final day of work and she was flexible in allowing us to stay longer if needed. Overall great experience.

Very cute, quiet, clean. Pool was nice, fishing was good, got to see baby alligators! Kids really enjoyed it.

We were in town with extended family for a wedding, and Kristy’s place was perfect! The house was so comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family to feel like we had our own private spaces to retreat, but could easily gather in the family room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the labels on the cabinets made it so easy to find everything and so easy to clean up. And of course the pool was a blast, and we loved taking morning walks around the lake. Kristy was a great host, so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to help our family get checked in a little early and offer personalized recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed or stay so much, I couldn’t ask for more from the entire experience. Everything inside was so new and clean and the house is beautiful with the great features inside and out. The hosts were quick to respond when we had any questions. Check in and checkout process was easy, felt like coming and going from my own home.

We needed a one night stay close to Webber International University. This place was perfect. It was enough space for everyone. The pool area was peaceful early in the morning as I watched the sunrise. Martha was responsive and easy to work with.

We have stayed here before. So everything was good just like the last time. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Will definitely stay there again when in the area

This Airbnb deserves more than 5 stars! The home is incredibly spacious and spotless, beautifully decorated, and situated in a stunning waterfront community that feels like an expensive 5 star resort. The patio is perfect for relaxing, and we loved spending time by the huge pool, unwinding at the firepit, and grilling dinner outdoors. Mornings were peaceful with strolls along the scenic walking path. The community amenities are outstanding, including a well-equipped gym, multiple gazebos for quiet moments, and two enclosed dog parks-all overlooking a serene lake. Truly an exceptional stay with a fantastic host

I have to say I am in love with Gary’s World and my kids had the best time there. This will not be our last stay. What a peaceful experience. Thanks again Gary.

They were great hosts. Amazing even. They were super responsive and left everything clean. The only non positive thing I can think of was sometimes there were roaches or bugs that made their way inside, it made sense since we were right on the lake. She left cleaning supplies and multiple types of bug spray and checked in on us often. We’re coming back to stay long term.

Great place. I rented it for my work trip and everything went as expected. Very communicative hosts and place was very clean and cozy.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway at the villa! Very much enjoyed the view and how close it was to all the necessary stores and Sebring International Raceway.

I’ve stayed at Jessica’s place twice. It’s convenient for me, the location is great, the place is clean. It’s perfect for solo travelers and/or couples.

Nice place, exactly what I wanted, a quiet place for work & downtime while I was in Sebring. No problems with check-in, even though my plane had been delayed. Place was spotless, even came with some amenities like bottled water & a fresh stock of coffee. I'd stay there again.

The location was great. It’s a quick drive to Peppa Pig Theme Park, Artcade and Whitehead Blueberry Farm. The walk to Grove Roots Brewery was less than 10mins. Bok Tower is a 30mins drive. The house was very kid friendly! We have a 4 month old and 2 year old. It worked out so well. The hosts were very nice! We would stay there again!

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

This is our 3rd stay in the past year. We LOVE this place. Kelly is an excellent host and we feel at home at her lake house.

Perfect spot for our family while visiting Legoland! Clean and comfortable amenities (full kitchen, A/C, washer/dryer) with convenient parking, and a nice porch. Will definitely come back!

Great place, kids can ride bikes, great pool and clubhouse, close to parks. Friendly people and beautiful areas all around. Nice lake too.

Isabel’s Historical Cottage was a great stay for us. She left all sort of welcoming niceties around and made us feel right at home.

Our stay here was wonderful! We will be back for sure! Michael was the best host. We had an issue and he took care of it immediately! Ryan came out in a timely manner and went above and beyond. They were pleasant, kind, and very helpful. Local recommendations were also great! The home is spotless and just a perfect peaceful place to enjoy some time away from your busy schedule.
