Holiday home rentals in Avola

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

This place was amazing! Palatial and decadent in design and decor with an unbelievable view that never got old. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed and couches were super comfortable. It was incredibly quiet, peaceful and private. It was an exceptional stay and we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

From the magnificent and spacious terrace, M.t k where you can have breakfast in peace or go down to the street and have breakfast at Candiano where enthusiasm and good humor prevail... The apartment is very clean and very well organized and it is perfect for a great vacation.

There were two of us and we used a bed downstairs and the bed on the mezzanine. We felt very comfortable. The small garden with seating is perfect and the location on the edge of the old town (at the same time quiet) as well. Inside, we only stayed to sleep and did not use the kitchen - we cannot say anything about it. Personally, I find 'closed' bedding more pleasant, as it is more hygienic than sheets, but everything was fine. Parking: only a few free spaces. We have used paid ones (sufficiently available). But in the hotel you often have to pay for the parking space, so I didn't think that was bad.

Great place to stay! Close to the train station, easy to walk around the city and get to Ortigia island. Big appartment with everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Anna was very helpful to me when I ran into some unexpected situations, for which I was very thankful. the apartment is great, has everything you need and is in a good location in Siracusa. i had a great stay and wish i could've stayed longer!

Summer vacation of absolute relaxation! We stayed at this facility in the 4th week of July. The house, newly built, offers all the comforts a family wants , especially with the presence of children, taking into account immediate access to the beach, bordered by only one gate. Equally appreciated was the green garden space, well cared for, including the presence of games and the beach equipment available to guests. A note of merit also for the managers/owners of the house, courteous and available to meet any need as soon as possible. The house also enjoys a great location, strategic to reach the towns of Avola, Noto and Ortigia, all almost equidistant from the structure (about 15/20 km) As for walking in the area, Fontane Bianche certainly does not allow excellent pedestrian mobility, but there are still essential services, bars, markets, restaurants, etc.

Nice house in a quiet place by a rocky shore. Great beds too. Too bad that there is so much garbage on the street in the coastal region of Sicily, as in this village. The village has a nice restaurant but there are no shops. It was very quiet at the beginning of May. Nearby, there is more than enough to see: nature, archaeology and cities such as Noto and Syracusa are beautiful.

Wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of being there. We travel with two small kids, and Maria had a baby bath and even baby shampoo ready for us as well as some local citrus and chocolate for the kids. This type of thoughtfulness is hard to come by. The place itself was great. Super close to Modica and Ragusa. And the meat spot was spot on. We loved the salume we got there. Can highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the place for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The view, the entire grounds, the apartment and the pool were an absolute dream. You can tell that a lot of passion has been put into it. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can only recommend it. :-) Thanks Luisa and Samanta!

Delightful place. Would love to come again

The stay at Mauro's was great. The house is beautiful, with well-kept furnishings, spacious and comfortable spaces and very clean. It is in a very quiet area but close to beaches and towns. Highly recommended.

The three of us (with a 4-year-old child) had a wonderful time in Paola's house. This area of Sicily has been our favorite for years because of the proximity to Scicli, Modica and wonderful beaches, the great landscape and because of the climate. Paola's house has a fantastic, crisp green garden with a play area for children, all very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we cooked a lot. Everything inside is clean and tastefully furnished. Paola herself was easy to reach and extremely friendly. I can only highly recommend this house. Particularly important: you are completely on your own, get little from the neighbors (except for a romantic rooster's cry from time to time), have a large outdoor area and are on the most beautiful beaches in a quarter of an hour. Phenomenal! We'll be back!

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Beautiful stylish flat in a brilliant location overlooking a pretty square. Decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean. Carmi, the host, was really attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Noto has a very laid-back atmosphere. The location is conveniently situated along the main road, although there are some stairs to climb—nothing to worry about. The interior matches the pictures and is quite pleasant. They also provide a beach umbrella, which we found very useful. In the city, you'll find various shops, including pastry, baking, and panini shops, all within walking distance. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect and about 10-20 min from everything. Dorine and Alda were very responsive and helpful. Dorine had great recommendations for food, beaches, restaurants and wineries. We really enjoyed our time! Thanks again.

Giorgia’s home was beautiful. Everything was as it was in photos. We had a lovely stay and our hosts were extremely helpful in every way!

We had a great time at Giangiacomo's place! Fantastic location with direct access to the sea. Very calm! Perfect for some relaxing days! We had no car. We took a taxi from Siracusa to the house and used the bikes for grocery shopping during our stay (there's a litte shop 10 minutes away). Giangiacomo and his girlfriend were very nice hosts and always helpful.

We loved Marcello’s apartment! In the heart of Ortigia, a beautiful city with loads of great food and beautiful buildings. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and everything was very clean! He was there to meet us upon our arrival and was very helpful. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!
