Welcome to Strandlysthuse 75 – an exclusive and intimate cottage with direct access to nature's most beautiful scenery and the calm waters of Kerteminde Fjord. This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from the Swan Kitchen.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Nyd nogle hyggelige dage i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Her finder I en lille privat lejlighed i stueplan. I får et soveværelse med en dejlig stor seng . I får en lille opholdstue med sofa, et hjørne med spiseplads. Separat lille køkken med køleskab, fryser, ovn og to kogeplader. På den anden side af gangen har I eget badeværelse med rummelig bruser. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til Vandtårnet. Huset ligger i et roligt i området ved Nyborg Vold. Der er gratis parkering på gaden ved huset.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
