Holiday rentals with a sauna in Aventura

I loved Johns place it was a nice Airbnb in a great location. There were many stores located nearby such as Target, Ross, Five & Below, Publix, and Burlington. The pool was nice, that was our favourite part of the stay, and the view was perfect.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! We booked this Airbnb last minute, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Communication was timely and clear, which made the process smooth. The home was very clean and spacious—plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and feel comfortable. The location is close to the airport, yet very quiet—we didn’t hear any airplane noise at all. We did have a minor issue with the newly installed keypad upon arrival, but the host was just a quick phone call away and helped us get in right away. There’s also a spare key accessible via a lockbox as a backup, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

had a great stay at Duncan’s - the house felt so cozy & had everything we needed and Duncan was responsive when we needed to find extra household items. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & it was roomy for all of us. Backyard is so cute too!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

The house was sooo clean and super comfi… kids had so much fun and they even did not have time to do all activities in the house… Rony was so helpful and vv fast responding… I appreciate this place and 100% will come back… Thanks a lot🙏

We had an awesome stay at Mark’s apartment in Miami! The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The building is really nice with great amenities - loved the gym, pool, jacuzzi and the play area. Location was perfect too - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and really easy to get around (5 mins drive to Wynwood walls, 20 mins to Miami Beach). My kids loved watching the trains from the balcony. Mark was very responsive. We had a hiccup with parking but he solved it right away. Just a note for light sleepers that it can get noisy on the weekend but it’s expected for the convenience of the location. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here!
