We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that felt incredibly safe. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks and water, which we really appreciated after a long trip. What really made the experience even better were all the amenities available on the property. There was a great pool, a basketball court, and plenty of other things to do right on-site—it felt like a mini resort! We truly enjoyed both the comfort of the apartment and everything the property had to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-rounded stay! Angel was very welcoming and professional. All of the instructions were sent ahead of time and by the time we showed up everything was approved and taken care off. We had an easy process of checking-in and were able to enter the property on our own time, as agreed with the host. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very modern. Anything you can imagine is on-site, including your own washer and dryer. The place is spacious, bright, and spotless. Angel is always just a text or a phone call away. Very responsive, attentive, and kind. Highly recommend!

Our experience with this Airbnb was fantastic! The kitchen was stocked with materials, which made cooking a breeze. The location was a brief walk from the beach and other stores/restaurants you might need during your stay. The building was under construction, but it was not a significant inconvenience. Overall, great experience!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Alain was very communicative and responded within 40 minutes. I would definitely rent this unit again, the view is just amazing and worth the $$.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and as the photos show, well equipped and in a great location. Ideal location for beach access and exploring the wider area, being on the free bus route to the Aventura Mall was a bonus. Communication from both Ines and Irene was always helpful and friendly and we really appreciated the information provided for check in.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

Our stay was amazing! Neil and Michelle were the ideal hosts. During our stay, my oldest son turned 18, so they coordinated with me to ensure a birthday cake and candles were there waiting when we arrived after a 14 hour drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t brag enough how kind and amazing they were. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private home away from home, I highly recommend booking!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

We really enjoyed this home. Our favorite part of the stay was that the pool was always clean and beautiful. This is important to us and really made our vacation great to be able to spend so much time outside! Harry and team were very proactive & responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is quite a bit close by. It was a longer drive to Mizner Park and Downtown Boca than what we expected but just planned accordingly. It is very close to Boca Town Center. Two pets were allowed and our pups really had a wonderful time! We would stay here again! By far the nicest pool experience we have had and one of the top hosts!

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.
