Beautiful beachfront condo in Hollywood, FL with an amazing view—perfect for a relaxing getaway!

From the beginning, communication with Sandra was excellent, as well as her instructions. As for the apartment itself, it was impeccable, with everything necessary to make our stay pleasant, from beach items to kitchen utensils, which allowed us to dine in the apartment and enjoy as a family. Parking is okay and access to the beach is easy. The building offers options to complete the stay, such as a gym, pool and others. I definitely recommend Sandra's accommodation

The unit is exactly how pictured. A short drive to Hollywood Beach. I wish we had time to explore the neighborhood but we were always on the go, driving around between Miami and Sunset FL. Area a very closed to the FLL airport. Jay is a very responsive and helpful host.

I stayed two nights at this apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary details, so I didn’t encounter any issues. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Great experience overall! First time using a resort for an Airbnb and glad I did! The convenience of having the beach and pool in the same place especially with having two kids is key to having a vacation as a parent. They were so nice to even provide a crib to help us with our infant which was beyond words. They also were flexible in letting us leave our luggage at the reception and let us use the pool/ beach until it was time to check in. The view of the beach from the balcony was breath taking! The only thing I would say is the rugs do need some love. Besides that, all in all I would come here again and recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable, bright, with an incredible view of the sea, very complete, with everything to spend an incredible few days, the host 100 points communicated and answered all my concerns very quickly, thank you very much Miczoe for everything, we will definitely return or recommend. Very beautiful apartment with a great view

Marlen's apartment is clean, and it was just as shown in her photos. Nice view of the pool and very complete with bed linen, towels and beach chairs! Communication was great I would choose it again

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Alain was very communicative and responded within 40 minutes. I would definitely rent this unit again, the view is just amazing and worth the $$.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described and as the photos show, well equipped and in a great location. Ideal location for beach access and exploring the wider area, being on the free bus route to the Aventura Mall was a bonus. Communication from both Ines and Irene was always helpful and friendly and we really appreciated the information provided for check in.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

Irina was an amazing host! The home was immaculate and presented as described. Very clean, organized, and meticulously equipped with all necessities to create a comfortable stay. She was responsive and graciously catered to any requests. My daughters really enjoyed the pool, park and beach which was only a few miles away. Overall the stay was warm and enjoyable. It would be a pleasure to book again.

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.

Comfortable stay with two bedrooms and nice patio area with a roof so you can enjoy the shade. Washer and dryer in the unit is a great benefit. Extremely quiet. Host is quick to respond if you need anything.
