Holiday rentals with lake access in Avène

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

We had a great time staying at Tierry's place. It was comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean and well equipped, and Tierry was friendly and relaxed. We appreciated the drinks left for us in the fridge, and loved being able to walk down to the lake to swim.

A special stay in a beautiful stone house full of character and originality. The setting in the charming little village was peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely lake just a short walk away. It felt like stepping into another world—quiet, cozy, and unique. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something a little different and full of charm.

A very nice and cozy place. We have been there for a long weekend and we have been enjoying the view and the lagoon in front of us. A very good communication between us and a friendly host. We recommend that nice Haus.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Everything was really perfectly in line with the description :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Very nice stay! The accommodation is spacious for a T2 with a large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The view overlooking the inner courtyard is very nice, we can even glimpse the harbor. Very clean and very well decorated apartment. Parking at the end of the street is very nice and the different accesses to the residence are very convenient as well. Thoughtful touches await your arrival. We were very well received for the entrance to the residence and the accommodation. Sylvie is very responsive and answers questions right away. Very nice communication. We will come back, it's a no-brainer. Thank you for everything!

A short, timeless weekend in a beautiful setting by the Etang de Thau. Accommodation too cute and super equipped. Very good welcome from Thierry, who had taken care to air-condition the accommodation before our arrival and who recommended good "tested and approved" restaurants. We had a great time. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

An excellent stay and a great meeting! We loved the calm, the setting and the amenities of the accommodation, but above all the kindness and availability of Jacqueline and Victor, always ready to provide their advice on the right places to discover and to make our stay even more enjoyable. The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Charming house, tastefully decorated, as described and rich in activities available as well as small touches making the stay very pleasant. Self check-in and check-out are very nice. The house is very well maintained, quality furniture and complete amenities. Magali and Julien are considerate and affordable hosts. We did not need to ask them but seemed quick to intervene if the need had been present. The latter have, moreover, left us several special touches for our arrival (bottles of wine, Easter chocolates to look for in the living room for children and a fire in the stove close to being lit). Thank you so much! If the opportunity arises, we will be back with great pleasure!!

Accommodation corresponding to our search, this one offers a significant comfort and not overvalued by the host in his presentation, good responsiveness on a minor incident for the tenants, excellent quality communication. Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!
