Villa holiday rentals in Avalon

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

First and foremost, Anna is an incredible communicator. We greatly appreciate that as we booked last minute and she was able to get us set up. She’s so understanding and quick to help out. The place was clean and just as explained. Awesome stay at an awesome resort. Definitely going to stay at her place again.

Great place! Clean and tastefully decorated. Many little extras provided to make you feel like you’re at home (coffee filters, beach towels, and even some snacks)! The complex pool is nice, uncrowded and only steps away. Great instructions on everything from this super responsive host. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!

I had a great stay! I booked the villas for a smaller grad celebration for the night. Sara was very accommodating for our plans and quick to respond. The property was great, even better than the photos. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. It was the perfect night retreat!

Ying was extremely easy to work with and so communicative. She truly understood the needs of my family. Will definitely stay with her again!

Brent was an awesome host. He made sure to communicate everything with us prior to our stay so we had all the information we needed. We purchased the all day Catalina plan to check in early and he was flexible to accommodate our later check out as well. This was a great idea because we had access to the golf cart early and were able to take advantage of the full day. The place was as pictured. Beautiful ocean views, and clean. Lots of extra linens and blankets if needed. Super easy location, as it’s in the second building from the entrance - which makes it a quick jet into town with their golf cart. The descanso beach club and zip line eco tour is just two minutes down the road, and town is just 5 minutes away on the golf cart. We used the islands ride share app called circuit to get to and from the ferry which was only $4 each way! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back to Avalon. Another property owner even helped us when we had some trouble with our golf cart! The best!

Such a great location, he usually stay around this area for our family trips to CDM and this was gold.

Wow- we stayed here with 12 people for a relay race in HB. And it accommodated us perfectly. Everyone was saying how huge and great the place was! We were so close to the bars in HB too.

We were here for my wedding and Sophia’s and Casey’s villa was large enough to host my wedding party. It is a beautiful place and they were communicative. It very clean and looks even better in person. 100% would recommend

A Great Vibe to this Special place!! I’ve never stayed in a place anything like this. Room was very comfortable, kitchen was very usable and the backyard was such a Great Experience. Vanessa and a class was a great way to end the trip. Differently going back 100%! Thank you again for everything

Fantastic stay! Views were incredible. Casita was clean and very comfortable. Felt like home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beth's property far exceeds expectations - I believe it is the best spot in an already awesome luxury resort. I would definitely recommend to others and plan on visiting again next year!

Anna was amazing! Very communicative. On Terranea side - housekeeping missed a broken glass (?!) on the edge of the tub. And we did not get early check in sadly - we knew it was not guaranteed, but unit was empty at 12 and despite Terranea saying they were working it, we did not get in until official check in at 4pm. But unit was terrific!

Beautiful views! Perfect spot at the resort. Highly recommend!
