Holiday rentals with beach access in Avalon

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

The house was amazing. It was a perfect walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our stay went smoothly and April was very helpful when we did have questions.

Lovely apartment, as pictured. Very cute, private, comfortable, and very pet friendly with the yard. The property was filled with beautiful rose bushes and plants. Wassam and Travis are wonderful hosts. The apartment was ready early and we were informed we could check in as soon as we arrived. They checked in again after arrival to insure we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. Excellent experience, we would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Wills place for my Birthday Weekend and we had a great stay. It’s a cozy place suitable for at least 2 people and about a 10 minute walk from restaurants and other activities. Will was very responsive to any questions we had and he even had someone bring us a portable heater when we requested one on a cold night. I recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location is perfect—it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still just a short walk to tons of restaurants and the beach. The place itself was very clean and had plenty of space to relax. The bed was super comfortable, and the couch was great for lounging too. Anytime I had a question, the host was quick to respond and helpful. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient spot. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! We loved our time here. The house was beautiful and clean. Exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen and linens and towels. Not stripped down like other rentals I have stayed at. The location was perfect. Walked right to the beach or restaurants. No driving needed which is key as parking in the area can be tough. Neighbors are friendly and even though this house is so close to the pier it was very quiet. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

We loved our stay in at the Newport Beach home! The view of the ocean from the patio was spectacular! We spent most of our time sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. We had all amenities we needed. The space was cozy, clean and well decorated. We plan to come back in a regular basis!

The house has the most amazing view. It has a private space for myself, my Dad, and my daughter. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. Being able to walk to the beach in seconds was amazing. Private and zen but very close to all the restaurants and stores if you need anything. The parking is easy, but tight but our SUV fit.

Great place for a few days in town! Would definitely visit again.

The PERFECT place!! Location. Location. Location. Clean. Responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. It had it all. Parking for 2nd vehicle was a challenge but really not that bad. Neighborhood was super safe and plenty to do and walking distance. Truly amazing in every way. Highly recommend.

What a special place! We could have stayed longer than we did. The apartment and it's balcony had breathtaking views. Bellanca Hotel were flexible with check in and responsive when we had an issue. The golf cart was great for getting to and from Hamilton Cove and Avalon. Pool was heated and very comfortable even on cold mornings, hot tub was hot, and great to exercise with a view of the ocean from the fitness center- all at the building just next to the apartment. we counted about 24 steps down from the road to the apartment front door. we saw seals, pelicans, deer, and dolphins from the balcony and orcas from the ferry!

Lauren was a great host, she was responsive and took care of all the questions/concerns we had. The place is amazing, it has a great view that we took advantage of while having coffee in the morning on the balcony. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean and people are respectful. We had zero issues with noise or bad behaviors. The photos of the place don’t do it justice, would recommend taking sunset photos and figure out how to take them with good lighting. The golf cart was a very practical addition, we used it to pick/drop the luggage (the backseat folds into a flatbed), get groceries and go to different places in the island. We were a bit paranoid about the fuel consumption and tank capacity (since there is no fuel level indicators) but after a couple of drives we figured it out. The tank is under the front seat on the passenger side. The lights are a knob you have to pull on the dashboard next to the key. It takes a bit of driving to get used to the cart (newbies here)

Lamont and the staff were so friendly with great tips on things to do around the island. The property is breathtaking & steps away from the private beach, pool and gym. The golf cart included with the condo was seriously a lifesaver we explored the entire island with ease and sits 6 people. Bring a portable speaker for music on the go. The entire condo is pure luxe & so quiet and peaceful. The shower and kitchen design are my favorites- simply beautiful. Felt right at home!

There were a lot of stairs getting up so make sure to have good knees! The view was worth it! Very private and peaceful. Tom was always responsive and check-in was a breeze. Golf Cart was included was a plus!

Messa and Rosey were wonderful hosts! We loved our stay, everything we needed was walking distance. Our stay was pleasant, great views, comfortable beds. We will definitely come back and hopefully it’s available.

Overall, this place was amazing. Especially the golf cart included it was a plus. It had Phenomenal views, very peaceful and very clean!! I really enjoyed staying at ambers’s place definitely worth it.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! Everything was beautifully updated and spotlessly clean, with a fresh and welcoming feel as soon as we walked in. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, even down to coffee pods for the Keurig, which was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was, it made for such a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was definitely having access to the golf cart, which made getting around super easy and added a fun element to our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!
