Apartment renovated with care, very clean, well decorated, consistent with the photos and description. It is quiet, in the city center, practical and very well equipped. Briccio is a responsive, warm and really attentive to the smallest detail. Everything is designed to make you feel good from the beginning to the end of the stay. (Small + for chocolates) Excellent Wi-Fi, and free parking a few minutes' walk away, really appreciable. I would highly recommend it!

Everything was really perfectly in line with the description :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

The whole end to end experience exceeded our expectations. Laure was very responsive to all our questions and provided more information about recommendations of restaurants, bars, supermarkets (anything you may need) including instructions for the the car parking which was only less than 2mins walk, and is free. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, clean and well equipped with anything you would need. Including washing machines, dryer, dishwasher that you can stay longer period here and feel like home. The location is great, walking distance to all lovely bars, restaurants, cafes and to the castle. If we come back to Carcassonne again will definitely book here.

5-night stay with our baby. Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet street. Good location of the apartment to visit the surroundings (Albi, Carcassonne, Toulouse and Castres accessible on foot). Free and easy street parking. Elodie made herself available and responsive, kindly offered us a baby bed and bathtub🥰. The bathtub served us well given the high temperatures🥵. The instructions were clear, we felt comfortable in this simply tastefully renovated apartment. 👍

We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

We had a great stay at Frederic's, very comfortable accommodation, clean, quiet and very well located to discover the region by bike along the canal... We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Very nice comfortable cottage, with the character of the old. The outdoor area is nice with access to the pool, very large and clean, and a barbecue. I had a great week with my friends.

Both Marc and his wife is very pleasant and kind people, welcome was warm! The apartment is very spacious and tidy and clean, everything is in order and arranged to the last detail. The shop next door and a bakery within walking distance is very practical. Going on vacation should always be carefree, so this is definitely the case here!!

The chateaux preserves the original features, with a huge room, well decorated and full kitchen. The garden is pleasant with easy parking on both access streets. Excellent bakery just steps away from the chateaux. I intend to return to enjoy the wonderful Tuesday fair. The region is very beautiful, especially Minerve and Canal du Midi. I loved cycling around the area. Chateaux is beautiful! Thank you for everything!
