Dream house with incredible outside veranda - large and nice bedrooms. Lovely garden and outside pool

What a place to spend a few quiet days. The view is spectacular, the accommodation is excellent and the host is so accommodating. He was happy to drop us into the local village and was always happy to answer any questions. While the host does live on the premises, it’s as if there is no one there. The property is effectively split in two and the pool and tub are for your private use only. The location is remote but if it’s relaxation you seek, it’s as good as it gets.

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Cabris itself is a hidden gem—peaceful, beautiful, and bursting with history. This place is a must-stay for anyone looking to unwind in a setting that’s truly magical. Can’t wait to come back!

Darius’ place is great. Andrée was very friendly and helpful. It really feels like a villa with amazing views and great amenities. The swimming pool area was perfect. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The common areas are welcoming and cozy. We would definitely recommend this place for big groups!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

Absolutely beautiful villa, looks exactly like the pictures. The host was so helpful and very responsive - even late at night when we needed assistance. It was approx a 20 minute taxi ride into SaintTropez and 5/6 minutes to Port Grimaud. I cannot fault our stay, it was amazing from start to finish and the villa really made it!

A casa é muito confortável, a única ressalva é a questão dos banheiros que não fica nada conveniente quando se está em mais pessoas. Na parte térrea tem apenas um lavabo para dividir para os três quartos e a questão de ter apenas a banheira sem chuveiro acaba sendo bem ruim pois para tomar banho precisa ficar sentado na banheira e o chuveirinho disponível sai poucos centímetros. Tirando essa questão, a casa é excelente! Estava bem limpa, cozinha muito organizada e com muitos itens disponíveis. A área da piscina é muito agradável também. Ótimo custo benefício!

We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

L'appartement est très bien situé et la vue magnifique. La proximité de la plage définitement un atout. Proximité des services, boulangerie juste sous l'appart, croissants frais tous les matins! Stationnement une lègère gymnastique pour minimiser les frais mais à proximité. Pour le bruit, la rue est achalandée et vivante mais les chambres donnent sur l'arrière, donc pas un problème du tout. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Superbe petit appartement douillet et cosy très bien situé. Notre hôte a été attentive à de nombreux petits détails pour qu’on se sente parfaitement accueillis. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la propreté impeccable. Nous sommes enchantés par ce séjour.

Super appartement, très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Idéal pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le balcon et la place de parking privée sont un vrai plus ! Anne est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir une semaine de beau temps 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay at Pacos. It was clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable, good wifi, strong a/c. The best part was the 2 bus picks up and drops up right in-front of the apt and takes about 20 mins to get to the beach. Paco was responsive. I will stay again.

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

“A fantastic week in a wonderful house” We (10 adults, 1 toddler) spent a week in September in Grasse – in this very nice house. The house had everything we needed: Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, generous social areas both outdoors and indoors, and a really nice kitchen. Add to that a lush and beautiful garden and an inviting pool. The location of the house was very quiet, with a short car ride to bakeries, grocery stores, and Grasse. We also took trips to Monaco, Cannes and Nice as well as to the small villages close to the house. Everything was within easy reach. The hosts were always helpful if we had any questions and responded immediately if we reached out. Our stay went very smoothly, and we can highly recommend the house and the hosts!”
