A beautiful house in a good location, a short (but steep) walk away from Cotignac. We were welcomed in person by Véronique’s in-laws who showed us around the house. Véronique and Christophe were very responsive, even when we had an issue with malfunctioning electrics in the middle of the night. The place was very clean and freshly painted. The outdoor spaces are great for outside dining. The road is close to the house but there isn’t a lot of traffic so it doesn’t bother at night but need to be cautious with small children. The ventilation in the house could be improved to avoid a musty smell and poor air quality, especially in the second floor bedrooms.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful location directly overlooking the beach sea 1 minute away. Very nice seawater pool, very large terrace, shaded garden, bbq, pizza oven. Shops and restaurants nearby, old port accessible with the sea shuttle from the port of Pointe Rouge. The cabin is nice, amazing sea view from the kitchen/living room. Books about local history and the calanques. Large master bedroom with storage. children's room ok with bunk bed. Roland is very good advice and very nice, he lent us a paddle board, beach towels etc! we'll be back

Superb sunset view and clean apartment

We had a fantastic stay at Edmond's and Nathan's place in St. Tropez! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and communication was quick and easy. The apartment was spotless, especially the kitchen and bathroom (both in very new condition), and the beautiful terrace was a highlight. The dedicated parking spot was incredibly convenient. The location is perfect - just a 5-10 minute walk to the old town center and the harbor, and only a short drive to Pampelonne Beach (5-10 minutes). Highly recommend staying here for a stress-free and enjoyable visit to St. Tropez!

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, the pool and all the little nooks made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric has been a very attentive host. On the day of our arrival, he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

We had a lovely time at Arthur’s place. He’s very responsive and the views and the pool were outstanding. There are several homes being built here, so there is a fair amount of construction noise during the day, but the weekend was quiet, as were the evenings. The AC worked great in the bedrooms, but there is no AC in the rest of the house, so it can get quite hot. There are a LOT of mosquitoes here (I’m allergic), and there are no screens on any of the doors or windows, so we really couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evenings. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the house, and it’s a short (steep) walk to the beach. The amenities could be improved upon for the price of the house, but we still highly recommend this place.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

It's impossible to appreciate what a special house this is until you walk through the door. Every aspect of it is fascinating, beautiful and well conceived. Each of the five bedrooms have their own character and decoration and the design is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment that made it easy to cook large meals. The garden is lovely and the pool has a clever cleaning system which we appreciated as we all had a swim. Lastly, the location is ideal being a short walk into town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great house with beautiful views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were rather small. Otherwise, everything met our expectations. Unfortunately, the pool cannot be heated. But this is already stated in the listing.

Lovely stay in this Airbnb. It was a wonderful location and was well equipped with kitchen/dishes. The pool and garden were perfect, and Vana was a responsive welcoming host. We would love to come again some time.

We had a wonderful time in La Petite Ruche. The accommodation is beautifully located in the olive grove and is great and stylishly furnished. Communication with Abbi and Yoann was straightforward and we were helped quickly and easily. We can highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Gilles’ home is so lovely and relaxing and offers space to spread out (there were 6 of us). We felt right at home immediately. We cooked dinner 3 nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Small grocery within walking distance and larger stores within 15 mins drive. We ate at nice Italian restaurant in Gassin and had a great meal. Close to beaches. Highly recommend this location and this home!

ideal location. Close to the beaches, shops and everything on foot or by bike. The pool downstairs from the studio is as shown in the photo. Free parking is a major asset. The terrace of the private studio allows you to relax and enjoy your lunch. The studio has openings in the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room, allowing air to pass through without necessarily using the air conditioning. i would highly recommend

Great place, great host, highly recommended!

The villa is just superb, with plenty of beds, modern and very well furnished. The outdoor area, with swimming pool, petanque court under the pine trees, barbecue and all just as beautiful. Fanny, who we were in contact with, was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant natural and quiet setting: views of beautiful olive trees and horses. Responsiveness, communication, sympathy, and outstanding hospitality from Audrey! Really better than the photos and description. Very well equipped accommodation and recent renovation with quality materials. Delicious homemade olive oil. Bikes stored in a secure shelter. We'll come back if we have a chance and recommend you stop by.
