Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Very friendly and knowledgable couple. Property was spacious, modern with historic characteristics and cute terrace. Truely amazing. Perfect location in centre of town.

Jonathan was a quick responding and always helpful host. Instructions for self-check-in were detailed and easy to follow. The apartment was a lovely oasis and the terrace was deliciously large with morning sun. Within walking distance of the city center. Definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Nina's place, which was very welcoming, just like her host! It's cool in these hot days, the interior is very cozy and comfortable and it's quiet. The small village is also charming. Nina was attentive to our comfort and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Perfect stay for a romantic getaway after our wedding! We were able to rest, enjoy the spa, in early June it is still very quiet! Carole, very friendly, gave very clear indications, her accommodation is very nice and well arranged, the sea at the end of the road... It was ideal ✨

We loved our two nights in Aigues-Vives. Marion and Guillaume were charming and so helpful. The accommodation was stylish, spotlessly clean and very peaceful and in a superb location for exploring the area. We would definitely return again.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away.
