Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

The big plus for the accommodation was Tato who made contact with us and arranged to meet us at the apartment. Tato made us feel welcome and showed us around the apartment which was presented with a number of items (bottled water, tea, coffee, milk etc). Tato was available to assist as required and provided useful information about the local area. The apartment was as advertised. The location of the apartment was convenient for the main bus station (we did a few day trips to Palermo, Syracuse and Taormina). The apartment location was also convenient for local travel by Alibus from/back to the airport. We also were able to access all of the main tourist attractions in Catania by walking from the apartment. I would be happy to stay at the apartment again.

Great place, me and my friends spent here 3 nights. The apartment was very tidy and clean, we had a lot of space. It is close to the main attractions in Catania. Also it is possible to find a parking spot near the aparment, very convenient :)

Great location Comfortable space

Maria’s apartment was perfect for our group of 6! The place was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could need during our trip. It was also perfectly located, quiet but close to all the main sights of Ortigia. Maria was an excellent host, very accommodating and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ortigia!

Nice spacious apartment in a very central place. Everything is on your doorstep. The hosts are fantastic are really responsive with any requests and went out of their way to help when one of our group needed to see a doctor.

Lisa’s place in Catania was fantastic. It’s quite modern, with a touch of history in the exposed brick work. It’s in a very convenient location to explore the city by foot, though it’s fair walk to the beach or main station. There are a huge amount of restaurants and bars around, most of which have excellent food.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Impeccable cleanliness and a very responsive and friendly host. Nice neighborhood, not too central but well connected, quiet and full of options if you don't want to go to the center for an aperitif/dinner. Absolutely affordable value. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is nice and clean The kitchen is rather spartan, which is sufficient for simple meals, but somewhat limited for elaborate cooking. The journey is a small adventure, but with a little attention it is easily doable for everyone. The landlady is very friendly and easily accessible if needed. Overall, a recommended accommodation for those who appreciate peace, views and comfort!

Loved our stay here. Central location, right in the action and market. Fresh food, and local energy. The street is noisy and it goes late but hosts do provide earplugs. If you want action, it's an incredible place to truly experience what the island has to offer. Stairs are a little scary and second "bedroom" nice and open - but nothing you can't see on the photos. Host was proactive and appartment clean. Would come back any day. Thank you!

Beautiful inside and out. The place is in a great location, very walkable and peaceful. The interior is thoughtfully furnished and has everything we need. The shutter when closed blocks out all the light, and combined with the comfy beds made very restful sleeps. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Enjoyed a week in Emanuele's apartment. Everything is present, spotless and it looks like the pictures. Emanuele is very friendly and helpful. He is looking for contact before the arrival date. He did his best to let us into the apartment a little earlier and helped find parking. In short, great!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Great location for exploring the city , everything in walking distance. The property is off the street in a private courtyard so quiet. Lavika tours located next door in the street really good for local tours. Host was really friendly helpful and quick to reply.

Barbara’s apartment is ideally located for a short trip to Siracusa and Ortigia. She’s always available for questions, shares fantastic restaurant recommendations, and is, overall, a truly lovely person. Her husband Paolo kindly helped us with our many suitcases, which we were able to store conveniently before check-in and after check-out. This accommodation was perfect in every way! The bed was absolutely luxurious, and the showerhead was amazing and I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel. The hosts were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and super friendly. The kind of people that feel like your close friends the moment you meet them! Exceptionally clean and easily walkable everywhere. Ortigia is a beautiful place and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!
