Beautiful 500 sq ft. cottage with full size new appliances and washer/dryer, TV's in each bedroom, This house is 6.5 miles from Masters Golf Course & minutes to the downtown medical district plus all downtown hospitals, 2.8 miles from Augusta University,15 minutes to Fort Gordon with interstate closeby. Riverwalk and The Greenway in North Augusta are both really close. Plant Vogtle is a 45 minute drive.
