Family-friendly holiday rentals in Au Train Township

What an amazing gem! Tucked away, but with plenty of amenities that you would fine at a modern, big-city hotel. Great family space, with privacy, but also big family spaces. A perfect fit for our family team in town for a race. We will be back!

Great place for a family. We came here in February so didn’t get to use the pool but the view was beautiful and the house was warm and cozy.

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days in the UP! The home has everything you need for a relaxing stay and Seth and Kerri were super helpful and great communicators. The location was easy to find despite being pretty remote. It's only a few minutes from downtown Marquette and was very comfortable for our group.

Had a nice stay. Neighborhood felt safe which was great since I was on a solo trip. Host was responsive and good communication. Was located centrally to alot of the waterfalls I was visiting. About an hour and half from bond falls and 2 hours from houghton. Hot tub was nice as well.

This was a perfect place for a big family. very clean and we had a great time.

This place was perfect for me and my friends to come together and escape in nature and have fun in a private setting! We were surprised at how accommodating the place was for the amount of people we had. (The second fridge was a lifesaver) The house is beautiful and very spacious which we desperately needed with 14 people under one roof. We appreciate you guys hosting us and providing such a beautiful location directly by the river. We had an amazing vacation and are very grateful for it.

Barb's Airbnb was one of the most beautiful and we have rented around the world from Paris to Curacao. The setting was extraordinary with beautiful flowers, a lovely pond and a great size fire pit with a surrounding deck. In fact, there were several beautiful areas to sit or dine to enjoy the numerous birds, butterflies and hummingbirds. The interior of Barb's cabin was delightful; beautifully decorated , her photos capture the charm of her cabin well. The location is excellent to be able to see all the wonderful sites that the upper peninsula has to enjoy. As many other visitors to this beautiful home have stated, one of the most enjoyable things in the mornings was to sit either on the wrap around porch, the upper deck that overlooks the pond, the screen gazebo or the lower deck by the pond ; we enjoyed all areas. I can't imagine booking any other Airbnb when we return back to the beautiful upper peninsula.. Thank you Barb for your hospitality and your kindness .

Kyra's home was exactly what we needed for a weekend family stay for a wedding. The home, built in 1900 according to Zillow, is in some ways showing its age but this, arguably, adds to its charm. We had everything we needed and everything was as described. I appreciated Kyra's responsiveness and we look forward to a future visit to Marquette.

This is our 5th stay I believe…host has always been super quick to respond to any questions. Easy to get into house and it’s clean and very well stocked. Comfy beds and bedding. Lots of space for everyone. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars downtown. We love it and hope to be back again! Thank you for a great stay!

Kyla's Park Street home is a great place to stay. It's conveniently located, close to both Parks and the downtown area. The home is always clean and ready go upon arrival, and a fenced backyard means that our pooch can roam around outside whenever he wants to. Whenever we travel to Marquette, this is the place where we most enjoying staying.

My family (including our dog) stayed at the Gladstone Getaway for 8 days. The location was fantastic. My daughter enjoyed that there were so many shops within walking distance. The house was very spacious and felt like home. Sally and Chuck were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at Casey’s place. Perfect location to walk around. Loved being a stones throw away from Black Rocks Brewery. Third street bagel was within eye sight. Delish ish sandwiches! Check out was very easy! Loved to stay again!

My friends and I met at Welch’s Retreat, the home has everything you need for a very relaxing time. It is conveniently close to many beautiful places, beaches, hiking trails, waterfalls, restaurants, and Pictured Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

A well kept place that can be used as a base to visit all the beautiful sites in UP.

Jessie's place was roomy and welcoming. It has a relaxing UP vibe. 2 full baths is a bonus. Lots of wide open space in the neighborhood being across from the golf course. Close enough to downtown Munising without being right in town. We would stay here again for sure.

A really lovely and walkable spot close to downtown, coffee shops, hiking and of course beautiful Lake Superior

Our group enjoyed Tim’s place. Great spot for easy trail access, plenty of room to park multiple large trailers and the heated garage was a huge plus.

This place was amazing! It was so cute and vintage and my group and I LOVED the vibe. There is a beautiful record player, many fun vinyls, and tons of amazing board games! Definetly recommend especially for a group of younger people (there are many stairs leading up to the place).

Sue was incredibly kind and helpful. Her rooms looked just like the photos and she even had some beer for us in the mini fridge! Her house is right by downtown (only a 4 minute drive) and walking distance to the beach. Great location, great host, great price. I can’t stay enough good things about it. If we come to Marquette again we’ll definitely stay with her!

Gorgeous place to stay for our wedding festivities. So close to everything downtown and had everything we needed! Our 2nd time staying here and it was perfection!

The stay was perfect for the golf weekend that my buddies and I did. The location was great for the courses we were playing, and having 3 king beds was perfect for the 3 of us that went.

Cute little place only few blocks from downtown. No complaints - we had a great stay!
