First and foremost Our Host Cassandra was awesome from the time we booked till we left.❤️ We had our first family vacation here and the location and the fishing and the whole area with the beach right down the road was absolutely perfect and beautiful!! Exactly what we wanted!! Also the fully stocked kitchen plus the other one lol was awesome even tho we didn’t even use the upstairs kitchen it was awesome to have it ❤️ My family and I truly recommend this cabin aka RIVER HOUSE 🥰 p.s. We left wood for the next family 🥰

Very nice cottage. Extremely clean and well kept and the owners communicate very well. It's a private location but pretty close to US-23. The walk to Lake Huron is inconsequential. If you are looking for a nice, private, northern cottage very close to sandy Lake Huron, this place is highly recommended. All rentals are expensive in this area during the short Michigan summer, but this is a pretty good deal with very good owners.

Had a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend on Lake Huron. Beautiful cottage with the amenities listed. Jamie was always responsive if I had a question. Great price and the cottage made me and the family feel very relaxed! Can’t wait to get back there!

We all had a wonderful time at the cabin, yet again... We had everything we needed there too, even though it was the off-season. So glad we were able to use the cabin again this time of year! The cabin was a great find for us. We really enjoyed how rustic a location it was. The included kayaks and canoe, along with the private access beach on Lake Huron were a great addition to our stay. Check in could not have been easier. We never met our host in person, but they were proactive in messaging us to see if all our needs were met. Overall we would recommend booking Carol's cabin, it made for a memorable vacation.
