Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.
