Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Central, clean and quiet apartment. Communication with the host has been very easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very nice, clean and with clear instructions. The only thing, unless I'm mistaken (I didn't read it) is that it had stairs to access the apartment and I was traveling with a person who had difficulty going up and down. But other than that, I recommend it 100%. Accessible to the center both by public transport and by taxi. It has been a great experience.

Redouan is very kind and makes things a lot easier. I would stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful, as seen in the photos, it is very well located and the attention of the guys is excellent.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. We had extra coffee and sweet things. In the kitchen you will find everything you need if you decide to eat inside. It is very close to Retiro Park, where you can walk and relax. There is a bus and metro stop nearby. The neighborhood is nice, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Our overall feeling is very good. We would be happy to come back. Madrid is a great city.

We had an amazing stay! Aaron greeted us when we arrived and helped us with navigating the city. The location is at perfect to get to any attractions you may have planned with plenty of restaurants and stores for anything you need. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We will look into staying here again for future travels!

Great location. A lot of places to eat around. Would recommend going to Madrids Pupuseria that’s down the street. Good washing machine. Good water pressure. Host was very attentive! Great overall experience 👍🏼

Everything was great! Paul was very attentive, everything was super clean, the location was very good, it was amazing that there was air conditioning too, everything was perfect!

Laura's apartment is really small but it is very well organized: comfortable bed, perfect kitchen, very comfortable bathroom. Since it was a very hot day, Laura made sure the house was cool. We really appreciated your kindness and availability. Buses to any destination pass by the house and the subway is not far away. In any case, the location is strategic. I'll be back

Jahn’s place was beautiful! Safe and local location with good links to the main city (A short walk to the bus stop or metro station then a 20 minute journey to the city). Place was clean and comfortable and Jahn was very responsive. Amazing stay!

A charming stay in Madrid. The Puente de Vallecas station is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed here looking for a place just to get to sleep, and it was too comfortable and complete. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, central, quiet, noise-free and very comfortable place. :)

Had a great stay at Carlos's place, location couldn't be any better and the terrace was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you a great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
