It was a cosy place that was tastefully furnished with art and plants! Very cute :) It was sufficient for our short stay in Madrid, though we realised later on that it was nearer the old part of Madrid. Definitely possible to walk to the old part of town, or take public transport to the newer part of the city, so up to you based on what you want to see! The only thing was that we weren't used to the apartment being in an old building. Though there was a lift to the floor, the apartment main door was abit creaky and the hot water was quite finnicky when we showered at night, so it got a bit cold. Overall a great place for the price still! Thanks Sete

Our stay was great thanks to our hosts. The building had a collective electricity problem but a solution was quickly found by our hosts. The apartment is ideally located and you feel at home. This apartment has a life. Go for it. We loved it.

Marina and her place are lovely! Brilliant communication before my trip and she was flexible on my check-in times. She even gave me some recommendations for wine and food. I only wish I spoke better Spanish so we could chat more :)

Clara and Pedro were friendly and warm. We immediately got along well and felt at home. The small balcony allowed you to be well on your own in the apartment and to look out into the countryside while having breakfast. In the big city! Great location, multicultural, many small shops, quiet, pedestrian zones. 2 min to the super convenient metro. We will be happy to come back!

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay in Madrid! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was super friendly, had good taste, and made everything easy for us, I’d definitely stay here again next time.

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

We spent two wonderful days in this house traveling as two families (6 people). The house is exactly as in the pictures - spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. The location is perfect - a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and at the same time close to the metro station, which makes it easy to visit Madrid. A big plus for a parking space directly in front of the house! The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, and each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a sensational restaurant nearby, where we ate one of the best burgers of our lives. Communication with the host went smoothly through the Airbnb app. Everything was thoroughly described and we had no problems with check-in or check-out. The only minor disadvantage is the lack of a larger table (it is only for 2 people), which makes it difficult to eat together with a larger group. Apart from these details, our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to other group travelers. The area was quite specific, but it was safe.

We had a great stay at Maria's place. Used it for two weeks and it provided all of the convenience we required and more. Spacious living room and kitchen, and nice outside area with grill. Close to train station (walking distance) with direct connection to central Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

The house was impeccable, the service was very good, they left us coffee, cocoa and the essentials of a house. The only downside is that it is far from the city and with the heat the commuter train or bus was very crowded, we managed with taxis and ubers but fine, the accommodation is as in the photos.

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the start. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the publication. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close by, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.

The host is super friendly and helpful during the stay. The metro was unavailable during our stay but owner took extra effort to help us and assist us with transporting around. The house was nice and cosy. Love to stay here again!
