Wow - what a wonderful apartment. Super modern apt with all the amenities that you could ever need. Very clean with a nice outdoor terrace with outdoor patio furniture to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring the city. The apt building is directly in front of the bus stop and just a very short walk to the Metro and Refe train station. Aviva - was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and went out of her way to help us solve a special travelers problem that we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and would rebook on our next trip to Madrid

Localização excelente, próximo a estações de Metrô, restaurantes e mercados de bairro. O imóvel estava bem equipado, com máquina de lavar & secar, lava loucas, micro-ondas, ar condicionado split, tv de tela grande etc.

Monaro é uma excelente anfitriã, nos respondia sempre rapidamente quando precisei. O apartamento é muito confortável, as toalhas e a roupa de cama são ótimas. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, aparelhos novos. Chuveiro ótimo. Localização perfeita para quem quer ficar na Gran Via, ao lado dos melhores teatros e restaurantes.

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Totalmente recomendable. Bien situado, el apartamento tenía de todo y era muy cómodo. Todo perfecto a la llegada, limpio y ordenado. Comunicación excelente con Miguel Ángel. Como puntos de mejora, diría que las almohadas eran muy finas, aunque es cuestión de gustos. Y quizás que hubiese más enchufes en las habitaciones.

Francisco was a great host, very good communication. It was a wonderful home for my family of 5 with plenty of space. Location is conveniently located next to Retiro park and a couple great restaurants. A big thank you for ensuring there was a pack and play for our baby. :)

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
