Super rapport qualité/prix . Logement idéalement situé dans le centre de Madrid dans le quartier de la latina où tout est accessible à pied . Le logement est spacieux et la climatisation est un vrai plus lors des fortes chaleurs . Même étant en plein centre la rue où se trouve le logement est calme . Alvaro est très réactif et flexible pour le Check in et Check out et peut même garder pendant quelques heures vos bagages . Appartement très propre .

Strongly recommended! Aaron is so nice and welcome. The house is located near city center, with bus and metro in walk distance. Also, the neighborhood is rather local and peaceful, which is something I really liked.

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

혼자 여행하는 사람에게 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다. 특히 지하철 역과 아토차 역 프라도와 레이나 소피아 등이 가까운 것이 장점입니다. 또한 인근에 리들, 디아, 메르까도나 등 마트와 약국, 작은 식당, 빵집 등 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 다만 집은 매우 작고 집주인의 짐이 많아 두 사람 이상 묵는 것은 무리일 것 같습니다. 또한 생활감이 있는 숙소라 음식냄새나 화장실 냄새가 조금 날 수 있고 화장실 문을 완전히 닫기가 어려운 점도 예민한 분들에게는 단점이 될 수 있겠습니다. 그래도 가격을 고려하면 엘리베이터, 냉난방, 주방 집기 등 필요한 것은 잘 갖춰진 좋은 집입니다.

Isaac ha sido un anfitrión muy atento y servicial, que ofrece todo tipo de facilidades. Atocha, Lavapiés o la Latina están muy cerca, se puede ir paseando a los sitios más céntricos. Las mascotas son bienvenidas y, al estar a 5 minutos de Madrid Río, tanto mi perrito como yo disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Estaba todo impecable, no hay ruidos por la noche y existen todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda, pienso repetir en mi próxima visita a Madrid.

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Fridas! The place is super comfortable and clean. The place is great ample space and has everything you require to have a great stay, even location was super for needs. Eventhough it was a quick stay we will definitely be coming back for a longer stay, completely worth it! One of my better stays found!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

This is a lovely little apartment which is in a great location. it's walking distance to many sights like the Palace, Plaza Mayor and Sol and also just round the corner from a metro stop if you want to go by train.

We stayed at Nicolas and Carlos place and it was wonderful, the host provided us with clear instructions and provided food in fridge with milk and lovely gifts, this is an amazing and wonderful experience- the flat is on ground floor, very close to metro station, felt safe to walk around day and night - i would love to stay again, as the flat was so clean and pristine, the air conditioner was amazing and very effective during summer time, and Carlos was always responsive and very helpful. It felt like home, and hence why I would love to stay again here. Look no further 🤍

El motivo del viaje era laboral. El espacio de Javier reúne todas las condiciones para poder hacer un trabajo con tranquilidad, concentración y armonía. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotografías: decorada con muy buen gusto, limpia y de interesante valor arquitectónico. Javier es un gran anfitrión: muy amable y reactivo. Excelente todo, recomendable 100%

Éramos 4 adultos y todos quedamos completamente satisfechos con el alojamiento y el trato de Julio Victor. No solo cuenta con todo lo necesario para un cómoda estancia, es además muy acogedor y se encuentra en un excelente punto con una estación de metro literalmente en la esquina. Bastante conveniente. Nos encantó la colección de libros sobre Madrid y España, pudimos aprender y aprovechar la visita gracias a ello. Por último quisiera destacar su atención como anfitrión. Posiblemente el mejor en mis años de AirBnB. Fue atento, amable, con respuesta prontas y hasta proactivo en ofrecernos almacenarnos las maletas en su hogar el día que nos íbamos. Recomendado. Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
