Extremely clean. Easy to find and get into. Nicely built.

Sydney’s house was perfect for our family! It was clean, with beautiful views on a quiet, private street. The house had plenty of toiletries, we didn’t need to buy any household items while there. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a breezy afternoon looking out at the water. Sydney was a great host, providing tons of recommendations on places to dine and sites to see. Perfect location to visit both the Schoodic Peninsula and Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor! Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful and private. The only problem was that the weather wasn’t great for kayaking.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the best one, especially for the price. The place was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very close to the lake, in a private area, exactly like a nice summer cottage. Marcella left a ton of snacks, fresh bread, eggs and milk in the fridge, and there was even coffee, tea, cereal and oatmeal in the pantry. I cannot say enough good things. The space had everything we could have needed and more, and felt just like home. Husband kept saying it was paradise indeed. Our kids loved it and we were just sad we couldn’t stay longer. Whoever stays here won’t regret it!

Luc's place was absolutely exceptional. So beautiful and clean and accomodating to our needs. The house has everything you need, there is a nice big hot tub in a private gazebo, and the private beach on the amazing lake is very close. Luc brought out two kayaks for us and we had a marvelous time on the lake. Cannot recommend enough.

Great spot for some peace and quiet. The little benches up the hill are a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy a view of the ocean and cliffs. Paul was very responsive and helpful and his instructions/welcome binder were full of good recommendations. Kitchen had everything you need. Was able to livestream hockey games with the wifi so it was pretty good. There is a tiny house Airbnb directly in front and sometimes it can feel like there isn’t much privacy - but that’s the only item I would rate as less than perfect. We will rent this place again if we go back to Twillingate.

We also really appreciated the bug spray, since we didn’t think of bringing any. We would definitely see if you have space, if we make it back your way!

Water’s Edge was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s cozy, clean, and convenient. The location is ideal; a very short walk to the water and a beautiful view of the town. I’m so glad I found it, and I will definitely be staying there again when I return to Bonavista.

An awesome place to relax and get away from it all. We were 4 people and it was the perfect size. I think it would be a tight squeeze with more than that. Place was clean and very welcoming. I wish we could have spent longer there in nice weather to enjoy all the amenities that it had to offer. Merci, Richard.

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. Roy was taking care of us pretty good. All the time you feel like home. Roy, thanks for everything, you should be proud of your beautiful place….happy travellers…E&J

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is a home away from home! They were wonderful hosts and their boathouse is a beautiful gem of a spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

Just had a two night stay, and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views. Peaceful & quiet area, but still close to all amenities which was a major bonus. Inside was spotless and tidy. Check-in was no hassle. Definitely want to return for another weekend getaway!!

Absolutely a wonderful visit, Deb was so sweet and communicated so well with us throughout our stay! The home is so lovely and the most perfect place for a getaway!

We were blessed to spend 2 nights here. Anne and Bruce, the host, were so thoughtful and caring. She baked us a little sweat treat to welcome us and she was making sure we’re comfortable throughout our entire stay. The attention to detail and care to the place was superb and we really appreciate it. The place was filled with supplies with great quality and quantity- we were thoroughly impressed throughout our stay. The instructions on how to get there was very detailed and communication was clear from the start. The place itself was private, quiet, and peaceful. Beautiful pond view with bonfire and BBQ equipments provided as well as various board/cards game available, perfect for family/friends bonding time! There’s no places and hosts that made us feel more like home than this place. We’re truly thankful for Anne and Bruce’s place and their warm welcome!

Beautiful location. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of supplies. Erin was very responsive and gave great instructions. Even though it rained all weekend we had a great stay. Can't control the weather.
